I use this app for my translations and although it is was a bit tricky for me to get used to since I have never worked with this format before, the support team is amazing ! So it definitely makes it worth while. Would recommend. And do not hesitate to write them for help if you have questions.

First of all, customer service is great! Prompt, courteous and helpful. App works great even though you have to tweak here and there but that's expected. Unlike most other apps that charges a monthly fee that becomes monthly expenses, Translation Lab charges by the words translated for you, so only a one-time fee. Of course, they have upgraded service as well, which I will consider once the volume picks up but for now, as a starter, it's the best option.

Really good app and helpful support. We used it to translate English to German which for us was a pretty seamless experience. Good value for what it did. Will likely use Translation Lab again for future projects based on experience so far. Thanks.

Nice app, but let down by very weak search (no search at all on metafields) and no global search/replace. After the initial translation, this app becomes quickly unusable for the continuous small edits that happen on a live site. The Shopify native import/export is more user-friendly

Excellent app and customer support. A really friendly user app. Support answer question promptly and are available to help with the initial setup. Saying this, the app also translate the brands names which can take a lot of time to fix. A filter would be a perfect feature to complement this already good app.

We reinstalled this app for the purpose to enable our brand to sell international, but for some strange reasons this app fail to enable us to sell in allot of countries. Please look into separating languages and countries as allot of countries beside the UK speaks English, French, and Spanish. This issue limits our business from selling or marketing to allot of countries. German (Deutsch) is spoken in Germany, Austria and other countries, English is a language not a country, French not a country, is a language spoken in France, Canada and other countries, Spanish not a country is a language spoken in Spain, USA, North America and other countries and Italian the language spoken in Italy, USA and other countries. TI needs to separate the above issues.. Your app fails to understand the difference between Country and Language, hence the reasons we will be uninstalling this app again and go with your competitor. It fails to meet our needs at this moment.

Works flawlessly, only had one minor problem with translating the checkout flow, but this was solved by the very effective support team Update 26/01/2022 Just been in contact with the support from Sherpa Design again, and just like last time they went above and beyond to help. Excellent service.

Tried several translation apps and finally took this one. In general, it works as stated, app gives possibility to edit translated text in full. I didn't find essential negative examples during using it. Some minor issues in user interface. The main and essential value for this app it is a customer support. It is really helpful, and they are never sending generic advices but fully helping including editing of page. This part of experience truly priceless.
