For the last one year I have been working on Shopify. Normally for any third parties the support provide is minimal even for paid services. But for Translation App the support provided is excellent and has been top-notch. Infact because of the excellent support I was able to explore the app to the fullest possible way. My website requires English and Korean services. For better recognition of the language switcher, I wanted to change 'EN' and 'KO' to each national flag. Especially I really appreciate the kind and quick support by Max. So I have very nice two flags for my customers. Very good!! Thank you.

The app made it so easy to translate my Dutch store into both English and German. Besides, support responded super quickly and worked for me to customize and integrate the details of it perfectly on my site. The AI translation saves a lot of time and I only had to go through the text to correct it, because AI isn't perfect of course. I only purchased 10$ of credits so I could keep using the AI, but spending such a little amount for saving so much time was not even an option. Thanks Max and the Developer for being so delightfully helpful.

The app itself is an amazing solution that gives you full control over the customisation of your languages and while I didn't use the AI feature I did test it for accuracy and it performed excellently. Miraculously, the customer support is even better than the app. Max and the developers instantly solved in queries I had with no fuss at all. Would highly recommend this app to anyone who needs to integrate a new language to their store. Thanks!

The app does have few issues that they're working on (lost translations after changing the theme, but they do have a way to recover them)... But overall it's a really good app. Best part is customer support... Max is my savior!

I like the design of the app, super easy to understand how to use. Also price is cheaper than other app we used to use. I had some problems with publishing but it was solved in a day.

The Translation Lab App and its Sherpas service is out of this world! They responded to my emails super fast and always explained everything in a simple yet clear way, sometimes even including an explanatory video or image. My website is quite large, with many sections that require translation, but they helped me with everything without a hitch; they helped and explained how to find texts, the creation of excels, the import of different translations, etc. I am very happy with them; not only that, but their App is incredible and allows you to individually edit absolutely everything within the theme. You can even put your own spin on how you reach out to customers! Congratulations Sherpas, you’re amazing!!
