The support from T Lab is outstanding! Dimitar was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I could continue without any issues. Excellent service – highly recommended!

The support provided by Dimitar went far beyond my expectations. I initially had an issue that turned out not to be related to the app itself, yet he still took the time to explain the cause and even identified other issues that were interfering with the app’s performance. He was incredibly patient and thorough in resolving the case. As for the app itself, it works flawlessly. After testing several similar apps, I can confidently say this is the best one so far. And with the outstanding support I received, that’s beyond question.

Amazing support, we had an issue with our CSS not being recognized for our id tags in html, they were able to fix it and even provide us a guide on how to solve them if it were to happen again. App works perfectly!

Translation Lab's plugin makes it super easy to publish new languages and is by far the most cost-efficient app out there. Which is great since i'm just a starting company. Works really well and they have good support :)

Installed this app after looking also into other translation apps. A lot of the translation apps place the translations outside of Shopify, which feels to me as cumbersome and out-of-control. T Lab on the other hand uses the default Shopify translation mechanism, which gives me full control from inside the Shopify interface. Translations are good and even GemPages elements are translated. I have setup 5 new languages in no time, and this encourages me to add even more languages. The pricing is fair, especially compared to some other apps who ask a small fortune to translate your site. I would definitely recommend this app to others!

I can’t thank the Tlab team enough for their help. After I deleted my translated handles, my website ended up with a mess of 404 errors everywhere. They stepped in and manually re-translated all the handles for me, which was not an easy job. Thanks to their work, everything is back in order and my site is running smoothly again. They were professional, fast, and very supportive throughout the whole process. Honestly, they saved me a lot of stress and time — I highly recommend Tlab to anyone who needs reliable and skilled support.

I chose the premium subscription and gained unlimited access to all the features of this app. I am very satisfied with the service.
