Excellent app, and even better customer service. The app performs exactly as described, providing translation of your Shopify webpage in a simple and incredibly effective way. Was able to translate only the exact elements I needed to. Their customer service answered each of my queries within a day and solved each of my problems. Definitely recommend.

Amazing app. A well setup to use auto translation to manual were you can easily fix it yourself to perfection Their support team is absolutely excellent in prompt replies + resolutions, if any issues like I had . Just 1 area they need to better improve is, to have a better setup for the pages to translate. I give it 4.5 rating! Bravo!

So, we where looking for an app which fully supports shopify's new translation API - Guys start using Shopify Translation - so other apps will be quicker in getting compatible with this! It is really hard to find apps which even support Translation API. Translation Lab offered AI Auto Translation - which i have to say is pretty solid - except for some really funny exceptions. The pricing is really good - we have translated around 3000 Products and the whole Store (Theme, Emails, ...) in english and french for around 30 - 40 Dollars. And all we needed to do was press a button and wait for the AI to finish. Managing translations "can" be improved here and there and specially make maybe some ressources searchable even if its just full text search - that would help a lot - otherwise if you really need to search across all ressources, then i would recommend just exporting and importing with .csv. It is pretty solid too. Since shopify just released this feature last year - i am certain that more features will come and i am excited what you guys will release in the early future.

The app works great, and you can easily manage to translate your store by following their clear instructions. But what surprised me was their amazing customer support. They are fast and always available. This app is very easy to use from a translation point of view, and offers excellent value for money. Could be improved by enabling 'search' for all text to translate (not just 'product' and 'theme', as scrolling through many pages can be time-consuming. But otherwise, everything works well and the translated store appears correctly. Encountered a significant issue which the Sherpas Design team were able to solve, by going above and beyond their remit. Thank you very much!

I started to use Translation Lab few days ago, and the result is very good. The App is easy to install, and after few minutes, you are able to manage it. I had some troubles to find the good place to implement some translations and the platform helped me very quickly. They answers are clear.
