The App is linked to a strong translation tool, making the final translation only a matter of proofreading. The integration (crucially) is seamless and whilst we have several custom integrations in our website, the translations perfectly show up and take into considerations all these variations. Most importantly: the Customer Service is excellent and helped us in a timely & professional manner to make sure that the integration as well as Spotify's & Translation Lab's combined abilities are maximally implemented in our website to our highest wishes.

This is an awesome language translation app and even better customer service! First of all, it was the easiest translation app I found to set up. I did have an issue with premium template I was using but I contacted Translation Lab and Max had it fixed very quickly for us. I would definitely recommend this app for anyone looking to add multiple languages to their store.

Excellent service and good app for translation. Could improve on the spanish and differentiate between usted and tu (formal and informal), but otherwise easy to use, good pricing and outstanding support! Keep it up!

I have installed this app to help me to translate my webshop. It works really good and is easy to use. I also think that the price is definitely good for what you get. I once had issues with product variants and the translated page showed the drop down menu with "default title". I received help within hours and my problem was quickly solved.

I tried almost any other translation app (paid plan & free) available until today. They are all confusing, disappointing or full of embarrassing errors. Translation Lab saved my business for free! Have been using another language app for years and wanted to see if there is a good alternative. And this one is! Easy to set up and manageable. A few smaller things that I needed assistance for and the help of Max was easy, fast and outstanding! Definitely recommended

Just great! I am very happy with this app. It is for me without a doubt the best I have used for translation. Easy and intuitive to use and with a very good customer service. They are always there in case you need help. They are fantastic.
