Great customer service for the price you pay. There's obviously a difference to having a designated programmer for hundreds of dollars, but Sherpas Design were very helpful when I ran into problems. App itself is more than worth the money.

It was very easy to translate the page. In the beginning I had to get used to the set -up. But once I understood that it was easy. I asked the help desk twice questions and got quickly responses to solve the problem I encountered.

Great app and quick and efficient support. Had a 404 problem but they advised me eventhough it was a Shopify settings problem.

This app helped us to translate our website in 5 languages. It would be nice if it could show how many senteces remain to translate and to search for senteces in orignal language.

This is the best application for translating your stores into native languages ​​or just to conquer other markets. The best support, fast and reliable. They fixed in a few minutes what a Shopify expert from India was unable to do in 24 hours. I needed in a Premium theme to add a language switcher and with all of that, that my theme has 31 header styles they did it quickly and professionally. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND USING THIS APP!

The service is easy to use and effective. Great for first translations, I have used it to fully translate my website from English to Italian. The support is quick and responsive, and the AI Translation feature allowed me to save tons of hours. The cost is extremely competitive if compared to other translation services. All in all, definitely recommended!
