I have tried many translation apps, but I found this one to be perfect for my shop. When I had trouble translating a third-party app, the support staff, Ditar, quickly demonstrated his expertise and solved the problem. I felt very relieved to have such a talented and highly specialized person supporting me. I felt that I would be fine no matter what happened in the future. Thank you very much.

I am just starting my journey with T Lab. And right at the beginning needed help with a couple of things...1. customer service replied straight away. 2. Stoycho was super friendly and had a prompt answer on everything i asked (and i asked a lot:)) 3. He gave great advice on the "how to" 4. I felt like somebody cared! So - fantastic customer service...looking forward to work with the tool:)

Super helpful support team! I had some doubts about how to manually translate specific sections of my store, and Marina from the team helped me solve it in less than an hour. The app has worked great so far, and the human assistance made a big difference. Highly recommend it if you're building a multilingual Shopify site! :)

We have contacted the support team at T Lab twice now and on both occasions they replied almost instantly. Today Stoycho helped me resolve something within 10 minutes which I had been trying to do all morning. He is fast in responding and so helpful. This translation app is just excellent in every way.

I had a great experience with the T Lab support team. They responded quickly and took the time to thoroughly look into my issue after I provided some feedback. I really appreciated how they followed up and worked to resolve everything effectively. With the app, we found an easy solution to implement images with text in another language in our shop – in our case, from German to English. The communication was smooth and professional throughout. Highly recommend their service.
