Loved the experience of working with Contlo. I've been associated with them a little over a year and what shines is the user friendly UI/UX and the outstanding customer support. (A huge shoutout for Suraj Tiwari who's currently handling our account.) While the WhatsApp template submission with Gupshup isn't the most convenient, creating and sending the campaign later definitely is. I also like the way analytics are captured at Contlo. Some improvements needed, but overall, a great choice!

I’m using Contlo Product review app. It has been so good until recently. All of a sudden, all reviews on my store disappeared and I’m unable to login to Contlo app. Still waiting for the issue to be resolved.

Would highly recommend Contlo! It is a tool that has made retention simpler, more effective, and all collated under one dashboard. Growing fast and efficiently, Contlo has made retention easier. There are a few glitches in the tool but the team is extremely receptive of these, and continues to work hard on fixing these similar to any other amazing SaaS company you come across!

We have been using this app for the past 2 months, this app makes connecting with the customers very easy through different channels and various engaging automation. I would definitely suggest this app. The only thing that is lacking is the time to integrate all the features they advertise, would be great if they can do this fast and the client can start using all the integrations at once.
