Absolutely SHOCKING!! I have designed and listed several items; this process is straightforward. However, when you then go to the product page on Shopify, the listing details are all mixed up, the prices are all wrong, and the description is all messed up. I have had 4/4 orders WRONG so far; either the colour of the customisable item is wrong, or they have got the size wrong. I don't understand how they can get it so wrong!?! I honestly do like the items, but this app needs some serious work, and the people over at Contrado need to sort out the correct items and sizing issues!!

fantastic meeting today with yash who was very helpful and reassuring . Contrado products are really lovely and I only hope my website is a success . It has made me feel more confident moving forward and I know they want to help me .lesley blackburn

I must say that the technical team was absolutely fabulous in helping me with some set up issues that came along. They were proactive and we had a video call. They assured me they would fix the issue and so they did. They kept me informed by e-mail of the steps taken. A month prior I had felt adrift until they jumped in. So far I am very satisfied with the technical solution and demeanor. I am satisfied with the product creation and the quality control of the products. Info about the shipping is good. Thanks.

Always having issues with this app. Products appearing as sold out. Acc. to shopify their app needs to be updated by their developer.
