Contrado: Print on Demand

I have been working with Contrado to supply my online store and cannot recommend them enough. Their product range is extensive, and the handmade quality of the items is absolutely beautiful—my customers love it. What really sets them apart is their customer support. Mitul and the engineering team have been fantastic, going above and beyond to help me navigate and smooth out complex multi-platform integrations between WooCommerce, Shopify, and Contrado. Their turnaround times and communication are excellent. If you are looking for a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand partner, Contrado is definitely the best choice.

I have experienced a few teething issues with this platform; however, Mutil has been very prompt in resolving them and has assured me that any issues that arise will be fixed as soon as possible. I'm writing this review specifically for a business tech meeting for support with confirming my setup for a new Shopify page with Contrado. While I found it generally clear to set up the new Shopify account, there were definitely some quirks and frustrating bugs to be worked out that compromised my time as a business owner. But the meeting with engineer Mitul Rathod was amazing. He was incredibly patient in communications to set up the meeting, made time to meet despite the extreme time zone difference, and when we finally met, he took me through it step by step and helped me to understand the foundations so that I now feel empowered to continue using this platform. I really appreciate his time, care, and expertise. He's the best of the best. Thank you so much, Mitul. As for Contrado as a whole, I've been happy with the company since ordering my first yardage when they first started as a company. I appreciate the textile and product options, though the design interface can be a bit clunky especially for resizing images and selecting fabric. The biggest issue I encounter is that there doesn't seem to be a way to design new textiles with the same parameters as past products. We have to redesign every detail and specification each time and that gets exhausting. Associate Jeel has been super helpful in the last year with orders (thank you!), and I look forward to continuing to work with Contrado for my printing needs.

I had been facing a problem for two months with no clear solution or understanding of what was going wrong. Mitul truly came to the rescue, he identified the issue, provided a clear solution, and guided me through it with patience and professionalism. His support went above and beyond, and I genuinely appreciate all the help he provided.

Contrado's app is one stop shop for my products. The team is very responsive and supportive, which a key for a new seller. They provide top quality products as well. Pretty smooth operation to use overall, though we have had some issues with products getting set up correctly on the app but then getting produced in the incorrect size/material. But the technical team respond promptly and are great at helping sort out these issues. Products are great quality with a large range.

The app is seriously bugging. The prices are wrong, the variants are gone, and the listing are totally messed up. I contcated support over two weeks ago and got 0 response.

I must say that the technical team was absolutely fabulous in helping me with some set up issues that came along. They were proactive and we had a video call. They assured me they would fix the issue and so they did. They kept me informed by e-mail of the steps taken. A month prior I had felt adrift until they jumped in. So far I am very satisfied with the technical solution and demeanor. I am satisfied with the product creation and the quality control of the products. Info about the shipping is good. Thanks.

Always having issues with this app. Products appearing as sold out. Acc. to shopify their app needs to be updated by their developer.

I finally placed an order after having the app installed for quite some time. Boy was I disappointed in the quality of a pair of track pants I ordered. There was a huge stitching defect on the front leg seam that is quite noticeable. I provided photos and an explanation to their company. Instead of offering a free replacement, they offered a small discount instead and consider that adequate compensation for THEIR error.

**Quality Products, but App Issues and Misleading Pricing and Shipping** I chose Contrado because of their unique and high-quality products, which aren't typically available through traditional print-on-demand services. Last fall, they informed artists about their focus on developing their drop shipping business. I decided to be patient with the transition, but several issues with their app and services have arisen: - I placed test orders using test credit card numbers and clearly fake data. Their automated system processed these without any checks, resulting in an $800 charge to cover what was obviously a test order. This raises serious concerns about their ability prevent actual fraudulent orders. - An app update caused all variants for over 100 products I imported into Shopify to display the same price. This issue has persisted for over two weeks without resolution. - Another update corrupted all product images for their lampshade products, making them impossible to list for sale. - Despite the information on their website, shipping costs are exorbitant. I factored in a maximum shipping price of $35.95 for a large item based on the information provided by their site, only to be hit with an additional $360 "bulky" shipping fee when fulfilling an order via Etsy. Customer service was apologetic but ultimately unhelpful, leaving me with a significant loss and a canceled order, affecting my standing on Etsy. These issues have severely impacted my business, resulting in over four months of lost time creating products, transferring them to Shopify, and manually addressing numerous bugs. I no longer feel confident in continuing with Contrado and will seek a new production partner. Proceed with caution.

Hallo liebe Contrado team, ich habe schon ein Paar Produkte als Muster bestellt und das Qualität finde ich wirklich hervorragend (bisschen zu teuer) so ist schwierig zum verkaufen. Habt ihr nicht gedacht vielleicht auch noch echt leder Sneakers zum anbieten? Aber sonst ich bin sehr zufrieden, die Lieferung ist mega schnell! Happy Weekend!

$35 for a kitchen towel... thats not even a good retail price.. what do you expect ,me to sell these for. REALLY THOUGH. I own a screen printing shop but wanted a POD for some random items, but I can buy kitchen towels from $.50 to $3 and put a $1 print on it my self, and retail it for $9.99 like the price is for most kitchen or tea towel, STOP BEING SO GREEDY PLEASE
