We have been very pleased with Contrado’s support, particularly the help provided by Mitul. He took the time to investigate a Shopify fulfilment issue where shipping confirmation emails were not being triggered for customers. Working with Shopify support, he identified a small case-sensitivity problem in the integration and arranged for it to be corrected. Communication was consistent throughout, and the issue was taken seriously until a proper solution was found. This fix may also help other Contrado users who have experienced the same shipment-notification problem. We greatly appreciate the persistence, technical support and personal service.
