We have been very pleased with Contrado’s support, particularly the help provided by Mitul. He took the time to investigate a Shopify fulfilment issue where shipping confirmation emails were not being triggered for customers. Working with Shopify support, he identified a small case-sensitivity problem in the integration and arranged for it to be corrected. Communication was consistent throughout, and the issue was taken seriously until a proper solution was found. This fix may also help other Contrado users who have experienced the same shipment-notification problem. We greatly appreciate the persistence, technical support and personal service. The best customer support I've ever received from a company. Initially, I struggled to set up the app correctly with Shopify, and there were a some technical issues/glitches – but Mitul from customer support addressed and resolved every single problem. He not only spent over an hour on each issue but also actively made changes to the system to improve the ordering process. What I really appreciate about Contrado is their selection of high-quality, natural fabrics like silk and linen, along with printed packaging. This clearly sets them apart from other providers. I have had the pleasure of working with one person for a couple months now. This business tech supporter is patient, kind, and goes the extra step to quickly rectify my issues with the Shopify application. Yes there are little glitches to be found in the process. Mutil has never let me down when I get frustrated. While the AI in Shopify has most of the answers, there is nothing better than having this person to give you confidence and clarity in the process.
