I have had the pleasure of working with one person for a couple months now. This business tech supporter is patient, kind, and goes the extra step to quickly rectify my issues with the Shopify application. Yes there are little glitches to be found in the process. Mutil has never let me down when I get frustrated. While the AI in Shopify has most of the answers, there is nothing better than having this person to give you confidence and clarity in the process.
