This app keeps going into a log in loop, and neither my iPhone nor iPad (in Safari and Firefox on both devices) will allow me to create any products without an error about third-party cookies. I don’t have a desktop. Issue happens Even after enabling cross-site tracking in Safari and Firefox settings.

I see many other dropship partners are ok as I write and I have tried with my own account, I am not facing this issue so we really need to speak to you to get to the bottom of it (we are thinking it might possibly be the iphone/ipad model or the software version but let's first Chat together as soon as you are available). My customer seems to love their item! 3rd order from the same customer. They said the shades had more of a glossy finish this time, which they loved!

Contrado has worked hard at improving processes and customer service, therefore I am changing my feedback from 3 to 5 stars. Keep in mind that the clothes run small fir the North American market. Quality is excellent.
Thank you for your review. Thank you for noticing the quality of our products, clothes especially. We hand-made all items from our own factory in London so we really take pride in our job. This is our trade, and we do not subcontract. Regarding issues with the app, I think my team is trying to reach out to you. I know it is frustrating sometimes but we want to help. Sometimes it takes a bit of time but we always solve issues. And we love what you do so we'd love to do more for you. One last comment: you can offer returns or exchange. you can even advertise it as "no questions asked" as long as the return is sent back within 14 days of receiving the order. We even have a system which allows your customers to send the items back to our address and to your brand. Then our team will ask you which option you prefer (return/exchange/refund). I love Contrado. They create quality products with stellar customer service. They are one of the few PODs that work in high quality leather printing with carefully selected clasps and zips. Those details make a big difference in the overall luxury feel of their products. They have a beautiful 3D visualization of your design during the digital building of the product which shows it from all angles. They seem intent on building relationships with artists and designers which boost their company, and will go out of their way to make sure that you are happy. (I do wish that they had downloadable templates using Adobe applications (Illustrator/Photoshop) for precise positioning, but It is pretty easy to navigate sizing so far.) Highly recommend this app. You actually feel that there are people with craftsmanship and skills behind this integration who are ready to make beautiful things. And when they see you making an effort to create beautiful things, they support your efforts. The integration with the Shopify app is pretty seamless. I've only had a couple of glitches with revising products and losing the tags associated with them. Once I reached out to describe the technical stuff, the Contrado IT department resolved it. Again, there are actually people behind this company doing great work!

I have many good things to say about Contrado. First, their customer service is top notch and it seems they really care about keeping in contact with me and addressing my questions or concerns. Second, their 3D app is fantastic and the design process is very user friendly. One of the features I really like is that each sleeve of their shirts can have a different color sleeve or pattern design which makes for a truly unique t-shirt. And finally, they have the best selection of stylish POD handbags. I requested that they PLEASE provide more of their handbags and duffle styles in faux leather. I quickly received a response from Deepa, their customer service rep who assured me that they were looking into the matter. I trust they are doing just that! ;) I would give them 5 stars if ALL of their products had animal-friendly options.

I am very impressed with the quality of the products I ordered with a test pattern on a duffle bag and an AOP t-shirt with the metal tin. All pretty well done and they have great support. I'm hoping this company sticks around so I can build a brand around my designs with these great products. Keep it up Contrado.

I actually feel like real people work at Contrado and they want to help and do a great job. They respond via email and check products for problems before sending them. Wow, what a great concept quality control before it gets to me or my customers! Yes. The only thing I would like to be different is any easier bulk designing process, the unique descriptor process, and more clothing with natural fiber options cotton, muslin, silk. Would also love to have an AOP womens shirt with a collar in a natural fabric (Or as an option).

I use the Contrado app for syncing my homeware designs to my shop on Shopify. I ordered a lot of lampshades and they came really fast. The digital print quality was great in terms of colour and definition. Each one was packed carefully which is great for my customers.

I was so delighted to discover Contrado POD for our studio's face masks project. The quality of the fabric is great, the colors don't fade after numerous hand wash. I like that the company constantly iterates based on customers' feedback - recently they adjusted the face-masks with longer and more comfortable straps. Overall, they company is a pleasure to work with and they are willing to solve any problems you might have. Kudos to the team for they speedy shipping!

Contrado has great quality products, fantastic customer service and are constantly finding better ways to make and help creators sell their product. Their new integrations with Shopify really helps make sales seamless while offering customers options to choose exactly what they want.

The Contrado app is easy to use. I use their website to create the products, click "sync" and boom, there it is on my shopify website! Their print service is fast as all heck and they ship to the US quickly and at a low cost. I ran into trouble when a couple products "disappeared" from my shopify page and I couldn't get them to return. Their staff actually reached out to me to offer help. Deepa is so patient and worked with me to figure out what went wrong. She knows all, I swear. Here's the fix: take it off your Contrado site and MAKE A NEW LISTING with the same information. Easy peasy!! I've ordered maybe 50 items from them thus far and every single one has been exactly the high quality they advertise and I expected. I had color trouble once, and recommend that you use designs with a higher contrast than you think you need since they show up differently on fabric than on a computer screen. They also offer automated payments so when a customer places an order, they pay you, and the order and payment for the item goes straight to Contrado so you can relax knowing everything in production, shipping, and payment is entirely taken care of. TL;DR the Contrado app is worth the download, their products are great, and their customer service is 10/10.

J'avais trouvé Contrado avant qu'ils ne soient sur Shopify, j'avais trouvé leurs produits très interessants. Je leurs avais envoyé un mail pour savoir s'ils allaient intégrer la plateforme?. quelques mois après, à ma surprise j'ai vu qu'ils étaient là... depuis j'utile avec plaisir leur APP, leurs produits sont magiques, impressions parfaites, emballages TOP, livraisons rapide! service clientèle très réactif. Merci à Deepa pour son suivi client toujours parfait et chaleureux.

This company is simply amazing!! A client recently ordered a bathrobe on the 22nd of December late in the afternoon and the client had their item, in Switzerland, before lunchtime on the 24th of December!!!! Less than a day and a half from order to delivery!!! This is almost some type of time travelling wizardry!!! How is this even possible? The product quality is absolutely exquisite, and I have only had one complaint about any products, which was more about the images not being centred on an artwork, and they replaced the artwork free of charge and issued it within 24 hours! This company produces products that come with 10-year guarantees in relation to its handbags and 3 years on some of its other work. This company is for people who want to produce their own clothing line, who want a premium product for prices that make sense. If you have style and original designs, this is the company for you. If you just want slogans to be printed on cheap products then look elsewhere. Anyone who complains about price is trying to produce cheap products that are of no value and will be thrown away in weeks.

You're kidding with those prices, right? No way I could sell those and make a profit. I know it doesn't cost you that much to make those. Come on.

All our products are also made ethically and sustainably by our own company: we do not subcontract and we look after our teams carefully, not to mention we have built our company from the ground up as a family business for the past 20 years, and we have been lucky enough to grow and bring employment to so many talented artisans. Not only is the product beautifully produced but the customer support is fantastic. Although it is rare that we have any issues, when we have, everyone has been wonderful and extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

I am very impressed with the bodycon dress, and the sunglasses. I LOVE the quality of the fabrics!!! I have used a lot of vendors for my store Gamestriss Graphics, however, Contrado has the best packaging and quality products. When my last order did not meet my expectation, Deepa with the Contrado team saw my review and reached out, they offered a resolution and refund. I am pleased and confident to offer their products in my store because I feel reassured that they care about their customers. BRANDING IS EVERYTHING IN THIS BUSINESS.
