My customer seems to love their item! 3rd order from the same customer. They said the shades had more of a glossy finish this time, which they loved!

Contrado has worked hard at improving processes and customer service, therefore I am changing my feedback from 3 to 5 stars. Keep in mind that the clothes run small fir the North American market. Quality is excellent.
Thank you for your review. Thank you for noticing the quality of our products, clothes especially. We hand-made all items from our own factory in London so we really take pride in our job. This is our trade, and we do not subcontract. Regarding issues with the app, I think my team is trying to reach out to you. I know it is frustrating sometimes but we want to help. Sometimes it takes a bit of time but we always solve issues. And we love what you do so we'd love to do more for you. One last comment: you can offer returns or exchange. you can even advertise it as "no questions asked" as long as the return is sent back within 14 days of receiving the order. We even have a system which allows your customers to send the items back to our address and to your brand. Then our team will ask you which option you prefer (return/exchange/refund). Let's get in touch and solve this together. I know we can.

I love Contrado. They create quality products with stellar customer service. They are one of the few PODs that work in high quality leather printing with carefully selected clasps and zips. Those details make a big difference in the overall luxury feel of their products. They have a beautiful 3D visualization of your design during the digital building of the product which shows it from all angles. They seem intent on building relationships with artists and designers which boost their company, and will go out of their way to make sure that you are happy. (I do wish that they had downloadable templates using Adobe applications (Illustrator/Photoshop) for precise positioning, but It is pretty easy to navigate sizing so far.) Highly recommend this app. You actually feel that there are people with craftsmanship and skills behind this integration who are ready to make beautiful things. And when they see you making an effort to create beautiful things, they support your efforts. The integration with the Shopify app is pretty seamless. I've only had a couple of glitches with revising products and losing the tags associated with them. Once I reached out to describe the technical stuff, the Contrado IT department resolved it. Again, there are actually people behind this company doing great work!

I use the Contrado app for syncing my homeware designs to my shop on Shopify. I ordered a lot of lampshades and they came really fast. The digital print quality was great in terms of colour and definition. Each one was packed carefully which is great for my customers.

Contrado has great quality products, fantastic customer service and are constantly finding better ways to make and help creators sell their product. Their new integrations with Shopify really helps make sales seamless while offering customers options to choose exactly what they want.

J'avais trouvé Contrado avant qu'ils ne soient sur Shopify, j'avais trouvé leurs produits très interessants. Je leurs avais envoyé un mail pour savoir s'ils allaient intégrer la plateforme?. quelques mois après, à ma surprise j'ai vu qu'ils étaient là... depuis j'utile avec plaisir leur APP, leurs produits sont magiques, impressions parfaites, emballages TOP, livraisons rapide! service clientèle très réactif. Merci à Deepa pour son suivi client toujours parfait et chaleureux.

This company is simply amazing!! A client recently ordered a bathrobe on the 22nd of December late in the afternoon and the client had their item, in Switzerland, before lunchtime on the 24th of December!!!! Less than a day and a half from order to delivery!!! This is almost some type of time travelling wizardry!!! How is this even possible? The product quality is absolutely exquisite, and I have only had one complaint about any products, which was more about the images not being centred on an artwork, and they replaced the artwork free of charge and issued it within 24 hours! This company produces products that come with 10-year guarantees in relation to its handbags and 3 years on some of its other work. This company is for people who want to produce their own clothing line, who want a premium product for prices that make sense. If you have style and original designs, this is the company for you. If you just want slogans to be printed on cheap products then look elsewhere. Anyone who complains about price is trying to produce cheap products that are of no value and will be thrown away in weeks.

I am very impressed with the bodycon dress, and the sunglasses. I LOVE the quality of the fabrics!!! I have used a lot of vendors for my store Gamestriss Graphics, however, Contrado has the best packaging and quality products. When my last order did not meet my expectation, Deepa with the Contrado team saw my review and reached out, they offered a resolution and refund. I am pleased and confident to offer their products in my store because I feel reassured that they care about their customers. BRANDING IS EVERYTHING IN THIS BUSINESS.

I use this app to sell drop-shipped cushions and other homewares with my art designs on from UK print company Contrado. The process works very smoothly and the support has been very good. Contrado's products are high quality and are produced and dispatched in good time. It would be even better if items were automatically fulfilled after the product has been shipped - at present I manually fulfil and enter the tracking number from Contrado's dispatch email.

Hello there, While exuding with the power placed at my finger tips, since reviews can really help or compromise a businesses image, I am happy to provide the following review for the Contrado team. So lets start with this, Contrado markets their products as some of the finest to the finest quality, which ever the interpreter wants to interpret, my opinions from the products I have ordered are that they are crafted with the attention to details, reflecting the skills and care placed by their crafters, to provide a beautifully polished finished piece, so well done on quality Contrado. We really like the fact that after an order is placed, Contrado maps out in visual aids, every step the product goes through before getting delivered. Be it the pressing, to the sewing, and even the cutting process, customers simply click on the invoices tab under their orders section, and a window pops up, with what step of the crafting process that specific order is in. Once again, Well done Contrado, this time on orders information fluidity. Now moving forward to their customer service, re-stated this is my opinion, from my experiences, as a store business owner, I like to compare shopping around for a print on demand a lot like, looking for love on a dating app. what I mean by this is, a drop ship will usually promote their best features, it's natural to want to highlight the best qualities, a company offers, however sometimes the rest becomes a discovery after the meet. The Contrado customer service is meh, pretty awesome in my opinion(re-stated). The staff I've had the privilege to converse with, were courteous, if they cannot get to an individual in a timely manner, they offer the e-mailing option from the chat window, and in our case they've had a optimal timely response rate. Well done again Contrado, seems like you're on a roll. As I have mentioned the positives, keeping true to balance and highlighting all aspects within a review, I will leave you with this, the Contrado design interface may take a little getting used to, for us after a little practice we were able to place our designs on the products with ease, there is a server glitch that happens sometimes, where if an individual’s cache isn't cleared some of the products on the Contrado website look a little distorted, but this is only on the their website view, once it has hit our Shopify the images look wonderful. Is it a Contrado mishap, or an individuals personal web mishap, I'd rather not place blame on either and just mention it as an occurrence, so overall Well done, and good luck... Ventignua INC

I really can’t recommend this app anymore. It used to be a great dropshipping tool, but that’s no longer the case. It’s now creating major headaches: SEO issues, duplicate products with wholesale pricing, and broken links. The products are beautiful, but the app itself has become a complete mess.

We are just really getting started with Contrado but so far are impressed. While there are some additional features, such as front-end customization, that we would like to see for our own business, it is noticeable that Contrado continually looks to improve and we expect we will see those features in the future. The app itself is easy to use, the quality of products is very high, and the service is friendly, fast and responsive. We have had some issues due to our changing base languages but the team has helped sort those out. Special call-out to Deepa and the support team here - Deepa noticed that we were having some problems and reached out to us before we even contacted the helpdesk, and helped get it fixed very quickly. Looking forward to continuing to work with Contrado and certainly recommend them.

8/24/2021 I've updated my review after Contrado's prompt reply. Their team has addressed my log in issue. And they've informed me that they are able to fulfill my customer's bucket hat order. My only concern now is being able to add products. I will update my review when I am successfully able to add products again. Original Review I'm having two major problems. First, I have been unable to add new products. Now, I'm unable to log on due to two-step authentication process. Six digit code isn't working. And I'm unable to disable the two-step process. I have a customer who is intersted in the reversible bucket hat but I'm afraid to advise them to order since I have no access to my account.

I used this app to print some of my images onto various fabrics and the drop shipping has made my business more productive and operationally efficient. I highly recommend Contrado for drop shippers. They have beautiful fabrics and do a great job quality checking their work before shipping.

You have to order these products, the photos just do not do them any justice! I have ordered quite a few items from contrado and their leather goods and the quality have been second to none. They clearly pay attention to detail and their customer support is on fire!! If you need anything they respond at lightning speed. Order anything to experience the quality. 100% recommended.
