I am very impressed with the bodycon dress, and the sunglasses. I LOVE the quality of the fabrics!!! I have used a lot of vendors for my store Gamestriss Graphics, however, Contrado has the best packaging and quality products. When my last order did not meet my expectation, Deepa with the Contrado team saw my review and reached out, they offered a resolution and refund. I am pleased and confident to offer their products in my store because I feel reassured that they care about their customers. BRANDING IS EVERYTHING IN THIS BUSINESS.

I use this app to sell drop-shipped cushions and other homewares with my art designs on from UK print company Contrado. The process works very smoothly and the support has been very good. Contrado's products are high quality and are produced and dispatched in good time. It would be even better if items were automatically fulfilled after the product has been shipped - at present I manually fulfil and enter the tracking number from Contrado's dispatch email.

Terrible product quality, awful Shopify integration, despicable customer services... these guys cost us thousands of dollars, lost customers and weeks of wasted time- save yourself and run!! PS. Reading the reply from Contrado I feel I need to include more detail... Contrado's Shopify integration was incorrectly matching product sizes. 52 orders had been incorrectly fulfilled when we realised what was happening. Contrado denied there was a problem. Then they refused to take any responsibility. I tried to escalate the issue to a supervisor, and to talk with someone on the phone, but they refused. All I had was a chat and email, and they would not offer any solution- they offered a US$300 voucher by way of compensation! Then, they locked us out of our account! We could not access the orders for processing, or tracking. Support chat always said that they are fixing the problem. We removed the Contrado products from our store- a waste of over a week of work from my team, and I initiated a charge back through my Business Visa Card. About six months later we did get our refund of those 52 orders through Visa international. A nightmare from beginning to end- what a waste of time! Also, customers complained of poor product quality with running seems and bad fit.

We would like to wish you well. Looking back at your time with us over a year and a half ago, I really wish things ran smoother on all sides. The sizing issue you originally raised for some face masks was fixed and we offered full compensation after some initial back and forth though at that point you went another way which concluded in our favour. With this hopefully clarified, we didn’t stay idle since you last interacted with us: We constantly improve our app, went live with several major releases to help our dropshippers, e.g. more seamless product syncing, automated payments and more. We introduced a free sample t-shirt offer recently to try us out as we are confident about the quality of our products (do also look at our hand-crafted leather bags! They make heads turn in a great way!). When it comes to service, we really aim to not only help dropshippers, but work together with them and solve whatever comes our way, and we have more dedicated resources who really try their best to work with our customers, and our dropshippers especially. We love our dropshippers and we want to offer them an amazing experience throughout. Are there always things to improve? Yes, that’s the case for every person and every company all over the world. Do we listen and do we work at improving things? Yes we do, it can take a bit of time if changes are consequent but we keep improving, and we keep dropshippers who work together with us in the loop too. I really hope you can see how genuine this answer is and how much we actually care. We wish you well.

Easy to design the products, large selection, attractive products and modern printing technology. I had problems with the configurator, it was helped quickly and friendly (amazing support) - now everything works fine again. The synchronization works perfectly, even with a sale everything works fine.

Hello there, While exuding with the power placed at my finger tips, since reviews can really help or compromise a businesses image, I am happy to provide the following review for the Contrado team. So lets start with this, Contrado markets their products as some of the finest to the finest quality, which ever the interpreter wants to interpret, my opinions from the products I have ordered are that they are crafted with the attention to details, reflecting the skills and care placed by their crafters, to provide a beautifully polished finished piece, so well done on quality Contrado. We really like the fact that after an order is placed, Contrado maps out in visual aids, every step the product goes through before getting delivered. Be it the pressing, to the sewing, and even the cutting process, customers simply click on the invoices tab under their orders section, and a window pops up, with what step of the crafting process that specific order is in. Once again, Well done Contrado, this time on orders information fluidity. Now moving forward to their customer service, re-stated this is my opinion, from my experiences, as a store business owner, I like to compare shopping around for a print on demand a lot like, looking for love on a dating app. what I mean by this is, a drop ship will usually promote their best features, it's natural to want to highlight the best qualities, a company offers, however sometimes the rest becomes a discovery after the meet. The Contrado customer service is meh, pretty awesome in my opinion(re-stated). The staff I've had the privilege to converse with, were courteous, if they cannot get to an individual in a timely manner, they offer the e-mailing option from the chat window, and in our case they've had a optimal timely response rate. Well done again Contrado, seems like you're on a roll. As I have mentioned the positives, keeping true to balance and highlighting all aspects within a review, I will leave you with this, the Contrado design interface may take a little getting used to, for us after a little practice we were able to place our designs on the products with ease, there is a server glitch that happens sometimes, where if an individual’s cache isn't cleared some of the products on the Contrado website look a little distorted, but this is only on the their website view, once it has hit our Shopify the images look wonderful. Is it a Contrado mishap, or an individuals personal web mishap, I'd rather not place blame on either and just mention it as an occurrence, so overall Well done, and good luck... Ventignua INC

I just wanted to write an updated review from my review about a month ago. Basically I became very frustrated with the product editor not working for the sizing of my dress, jacket and scarf designs and after much back and forth I felt that customer service was not taking me seriously. It was to the point that I was not able to put the products in my store after putting in many hours of work in them and spending lots of money on product samples. There did not seem to be a way to workaround the issues. Maybe I was talking to the wrong customer service people or I was being too polite. After writing a detailed and negative review here, I was contacted by Deepa from their company and she very patiently went through each of my issues, agreed that there were problems, and went back to their technical department and they made some big fixes. A few weeks later the technical issues appear to be much fixed. They seemed to take my complaints seriously. I wish that I had not had this frustration to begin with and have to rework my dress products now. But I am impressed at the level that they did finally listen to the problems and follow up over the course of several weeks. So I do believe they are responsive to customers and working to improve their app and their services. I think it is worth working with this app for the selection of unique higher end POD products. The sewing quality seems good on the products I have samples of. I especially think the bomber jackets are nice quality.

This Contrado app is a fantastic bridge between Shopify and their manufacturing team Bags of Love. They have a incredibly large range of diverse products to put your custom designs on. The site mechanics are simple and intuitive and have been updated since I started to use the website, getting better all the time. They have their own selling platform plus great and easy-to-use links to Shopify, which is a major win for my business. I have been using this website for a while now and the customer experience right through from the start has been first-rate. The customer service team are diligent and caring and the design team work hard to make sure they produce the best products to send out to their customers. They have all been wonderful to work with and very easy to work with and communicate with, helping to guide where needed. I would absolutely recommend this company to all (and I do!)

I'm about to launch my store in November, using the Contrado app. Deepa (and sometimes the IT team also) at Contrado has been helping me patiently through my many email queries since I started building the store in May – so, so helpful. The customer service has been excellent. I look forward to seeing how the customer journey and customer reviews for the Contrado products go once I've launched...I'll review again after that! In the meantime, I can confirm that my experience with Contrado has been fab.

I haven't worked with Contrado long, but my experience so far has been nothing but positive. Their range of products is incredibly varied and of excellent quality, and so far my customers just love them. The customer service has gone above and beyond for me in this short time, and I have been continually impressed with the prompt and professional responses. Deepa, especially, is an absolute gem, and I'm so grateful to her for guiding me through a customer issue earlier this week (an issue on the customer end and not with Contrado). Their work so far has been quick and beautiful quality, their shipping insanely fast. In terms of using the app, it's been such a smooth process and marvelous to experiment with. I am very happy with the shopify integration and have woken up several times now to a customer order that came through during the night and was already in the process of being fulfilled by Contrado. That ease of use allows me to focus on building customers for the shop and designing items they love. Above all, 10/10, and an absolute pleasure to work with.

I started a new business this year. I have used Contrado to make special items for my store. The reaction from my customers have been great. Not everything is cheap, but you can add very impactful items with no minimums. I have done numerous reorders this year, the turn around is super quick. I look forward to growing with the help of Contrado.
