With my rather special case the Nick from the staff was really helpful by helping to understand and analyze the issues and to get problems resolved.
My chat function does not work, I have sent emails to support, and I was sent one reply 10 hours ago, and no one has replied since then... I have technical issues, losing sales, and no help???? (Edit: Apparently there was internal chat issues, they reached out and sorted my issues out - Thank you)
