I had used CookieYes before on WordPress site and knew they were good. The app is quick and easy to install, runs smoothly and gives you peace of mind about compliance. Customer support is very prompt and helpful if you need it.

While moving CookieYes fully into Shopify, in line with Shopify’s latest guidelines and to make essential features free for all our users, a technical issue affected a number of accounts and removed the existing app setup, including yours. This was not caused by anything on your end, and we take full responsibility for the disruption it caused after a year of you using CookieYes. We’ve since reached out to you directly to explain what happened, confirm your consent records and banner configuration have been recovered, and help get everything fully restored on your store. With my rather special case the Nick from the staff was really helpful by helping to understand and analyze the issues and to get problems resolved.
My chat function does not work, I have sent emails to support, and I was sent one reply 10 hours ago, and no one has replied since then... I have technical issues, losing sales, and no help???? (Edit: Apparently there was internal chat issues, they reached out and sorted my issues out - Thank you)

We have been using CookieYes for a long time and now across multiple stores. This app seamlessly integrates with their service and offers a comprehensive guide for implementation with Shopify. The functionality is impressive, allowing for both manual and scheduled cookie scans, and it’s easy to incorporate your cookie list into your policy. The cookie banner is highly customizable and user-friendly, enabling users to switch on/off different cookie types and easily revisit their consent. Additionally, you have access to a consent log if needed, and it's convenient to manage multiple domains within one account. Our experience with their support team has been very positive—they are always helpful and responsive. Overall, CookieYes provides an excellent service that meets all our needs efficiently.
Had my issues with other Google CMP approved apps and had rather low expectations. But it was that easy, installing it and it actually worked as designed, respectively all functionalities remained working in my shop. With other apps I had issues that e.g. my cart was deleted. Again amazed on how simple it is with CookieYes!
We've been using CookieYes for 2 months now and it's incredible how simple an App it is compared to what else you can get out there Price is good, support is good and App just works with relatively low technical expertise required Thanks guys
