Very poor customer support, no one helps, the UI looks very cheap and bad. Doesnt align with our store, when asks for help no one replies
Hi Rahul, Sorry for disappointing you! This is definitely not the level of service we hope to provide. Your review has been a wake up call for us! To set more context, your request came in on a weekend and our team mate had logged out for the day due to a health emergency (I'm not saying this as an excuse, I take full responsibility for this failure. And we are hiring more support staff to mitigate such issues, especially on weekends) Though I tried to help you first thing on Monday, I realized your store is planning to use a non-native Shopify checkout in the near future which we don't support. I would rather be upfront about this fact than leading you in and disappointing you down the lane when you wish to integrate the 3rd party checkout. My sincere apologies! And, if you decide to stick with native Shopify checkout, kindly give us a second chance please! Amazing app, fully customisable which i needed. Support is very very good and was available on live chat who helped me tremendously to customise the look. Very happy with the price, support and the functionality of the app. Highly recommended.
Great little app with brilliant support This is a great little app and very good value for money. The support team are absolutely brilliant – quick to respond and genuinely helpful. It doesn’t have all the functionality of some of the much larger (and far more expensive) cart apps, but it does everything we need. We’re using it to create cart upsells, automatically add free products when customers hit spend thresholds (ie. £50), and trigger celebrations when goals like free shipping or rewards are reached. Those celebration moments are really motivating for customers and add a nice interactive touch to the cart experience. For the price point, it’s definitely worth it and does exactly what it promises without unnecessary complexity.
Superb customer service. It would have taken me a lot longer to figure everything out. But Sarika directed me exactly where I needed to go to get everything set up properly. It saved me a lot of time. Thank you.
Sujil and his people are fantastic. I've never had to ask them a question and be told "no." It is always a collaboration into finding a solution that works for us. We love this app and plan on testing them with even more questions as our business grows :)
