Very poor customer support, no one helps, the UI looks very cheap and bad. Doesnt align with our store, when asks for help no one replies

Hi Rahul, Sorry for disappointing you! This is definitely not the level of service we hope to provide. Your review has been a wake up call for us! To set more context, your request came in on a weekend and our team mate had logged out for the day due to a health emergency (I'm not saying this as an excuse, I take full responsibility for this failure. And we are hiring more support staff to mitigate such issues, especially on weekends) Though I tried to help you first thing on Monday, I realized your store is planning to use a non-native Shopify checkout in the near future which we don't support. I would rather be upfront about this fact than leading you in and disappointing you down the lane when you wish to integrate the 3rd party checkout. My sincere apologies! And, if you decide to stick with native Shopify checkout, kindly give us a second chance please! Unfortunately the app is not ready for shopify markets yet. Campaign texts (which you will need) cannot be saved in several languages. Also different currencies are an issue and cannot be set properly. Considering I pay USD 59 for this app I am quite disappointed.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on Shopify app store! You are right! For brands doing multi market campaigns, this is definitely a shortcoming as of now. I am really grateful for customers when they share honest feedback with us, even critical reviews, because it keeps us on our toes to keep improving the app (which we passionately care about). As for translation and multi currency support for cart goal campaign, development of this feature is already in progress and will be launched by January 2026. In the meantime we can assist you to create a copy of the cart goal campaign for a different currency/language pair and set it up to target the second market/country as you need. Our team will reach out to help set this up for you over a call.
