To whom it concerns, Your app is currently not working correctly, and we have already ruled out this being a cache-related issue. We have tested using incognito mode as well, and the problem is still occurring. We are also trying to understand how we are still able to access the store despite having VPN blocking measures in place, while also actively using a VPN. This does not appear to be behaving as expected. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have raised this issue. Each time, we are advised that everything is working correctly on your side, but the issue seems to resolve only after it has been reviewed or investigated by your team. This makes it difficult for us to understand what is actually happening behind the scenes. This has occured several times, and we dread to think how long has this been broken for us, a month, a year? Could you please provide a more in-depth explanation of the root cause, what checks have been carried out, and why this keeps recurring? This is having a serious impact on our business. We are currently facing increasing pressure from competitors, and it is extremely frustrating to be paying for a service that is not consistently functioning as expected. We would appreciate this being escalated and a detailed response provided, rather than confirmation that it is simply “working on your end.” Thanks,

After a thorough investigation, we identified the root cause as a server-side VPN validation issue. We've now permanently resolved it and thoroughly tested the fix across multiple VPN providers, browsers, incognito mode, and different regions to ensure consistent VPN blocking. We've also strengthened our monitoring and validation processes to help prevent similar issues in the future. This issue was not related to your store, cache, or theme. This app hasn't been in my store for very long, but I've tried a few country blocker apps so far. This app is definitely the best one, in my opinion. It starts working immediately and the analytics data is super in-depth and comprehensive. I also like how this app doesn't ask for customer data in order to work like all the others. The price is fair too. I plan on keeping the app!

Excellent customer service. Who knew I would be selling products in 34 countries? I was getting overwhelmed by the different VAT requirements for digital products in each country. So I created an Etsy store for all the customers in the countries I could not sell to directly. Easy Country Blocker has allowed me to create a landing page with the link to my Etsy store. I needed help with it - and they graciously helped me. Then I messed it up - and they graciously fixed it for me. Great app, great customer service.

Immediately after I started using the free trial my site got even more (almost 100 visits) a day from East Asia. Blocking countries made it worse. Don't use this app.
This is an unfortunate misunderstanding. We block the store from the countries, and our block process, first visit the site by the blocked country visitors instantly we block them before the store load, in this process Shopify and google analytics record the visitors as regular visitors, so you get the records in the google and Shopify analytics. We have an analytics feature in which you can see the records of the blocked country visitors and know the user's details clearly If you are willing to give Easy Country Blocker another chance, I would be happy to help you with any problem you have. Ok anyway the app works well now. Have an unhappy experience first but finially the team reached out to us and help solve some problems, thanks for all.

I'd had a lot of issues with intellectual property images being stolen from my store in the past. I have used this for a few years and it seems to work. I recently had app developer test it and they confirmed that it does work. hannahrosevintageboutique.com
I have used Easy Country Blocker for a number of years now. Their customer service is very responsive and prompt to address a problem or inquiry. Overall I am very pleased with them. I just wish they could find a way to block the bots! Maybe one day.... I do recommend their service.

After checking out the reviews. I was skeptical at first but once I started inquiring from developers about my website. All of them told me they don't have access. Some reviews are saying that customer were able to access their store and I think they would have to first access your store for the first time before the entire country gets blocked but works well for me.

If we block the country where our site is being hosted, will our site not be viewable at all?... even to us?
Thanks for your review and for using our app. If you want to block any country then all visitor will block from a blocked country but we have two types of the feature: 1. WhiteList IP: we have a Whitelist IP feature, whereby you can able to access your store in the Blocked country. 2. Password: we have Password Protection settings, you can set up a password, then you can able to access your store in the blocked country.
