Good customer support and very useful features for selling digital products ! We are happy that they took our feedback.
Thanks for the feedback. We have an ongoing issue with our hosting provider, that's why you may see Error 523 message. Our team is fully focused on resolving it now. We apologise for the inconvenience. That's a force majeure we didn't expect. UPD : We'll let you know as soon as it's resolved, trying to reach out to our hosting provider to get the details. UPD #2 [Message from our Hosting Provider] : NETWORK OUTAGE There is ongoing network related problem with several Asia ISPs, this will most likely cause potential network problems and connections problems. ISPs are trying to resolve this as soon is possible! UPD #3 : We've been informed the fix should be done within the next 60 mins. UPD #4 : Services were up for short time and then Error 523 changes to Error 522 (Timeout). Hosting company is still on it. UPD #5 : Services should be up and running now. We're doing QA if all the features are functioning as expected.

When Covid hit it required us to pivot our educational offerings to an online platform and this app was a very easy solution for us. It has been easy to use, and the support is extremely fast and helpful. Highly recommend!

It is effortless to communicate with the Team, and their responses are remarkably fast! They can do amazing customization and also will give out professional advice for safety and functionality. Oleksander and the team are incredible. I had a fairly major query which was the essential to our business and process and they were able to handle the entire query as well as make the necessary code changes in less than 24 hours. I really am blown away with how professional and quick they are. Thank you all.

Amazing app. It was able to provide what I was looking for. Although some features are still in continuous development, the CSS function was very useful for me to customize it.

Courses is a great App! It is easy to use and the support is perfect. I am happy with this choice and can recommend this app to all persons that want to start creating courses.

We wanted to find an easy to use Shopify application to share our lessons and the Courses app + Architecture Pro team have been the right choice. They are very diligent and their customer service is on point. Great asset.

We have been developing some education apps and working with an LMS to p[provide these but now that we have setup a shop i searched for an app that might be able to do this foe us and found Courses it was easy to setup and when I did have a question the response was almost immediate so vert happy so far.

I've been looking for an app like this for SO long, and am so happy I've found it. Have contacted them with a few questions and they've gotten back to be so quickly and have been able to solve my problems in a really simple way. I'm really looking forward to the option of providing free courses on Shopify that you can link to directly and provide anyone with access to. That way I can provide video courses on how to use my products that are free of charge. This is apparently being worked on, due in August!! Very excited. So happy that this app exists, makes my life much easier.

The Courses app itself is elegant, streamlined and easy to use. Much better than the alternatives out there. I am a total novice and I was able to understand the interface. It's the customer support this company gives its customers that puts them over the edge. They definitely go above and beyond to make a great experience. I'll be a Courses user for life and would recommend to anyone with no hesitation!

I am still getting everything set up, but so far I absolutely love this app. The customer service has been phenomenal with their response times and willingness to help customize the look of everything to match my shop. Highly recommend! :)

We are still in the process of creating courses and the team has been very responsive in responding to requests and clarifying doubts. It's also great the full features are unlocked for the free plan. Will post another review when my courses are up and i get feedback from my users.
