We have worked with lots of developers and used many apps on multiple stores. I do have to say that the support is outstanding. Sometimes within minutes we get answers and problems are getting fixed in no time. If you are looking for an app that can manage your online courses. We highly recommend this App. It works as it supposed to. The features are well implemented and I am quite sure that new features and updates will come in the future. Thanks

It has been a whole year since I work with Courses Plus, and I have seen their growth - the app has become more & more integrated with the Shopify store and powerful. The customer service is second to none, and I can feel they do care about my business in every aspect. I do think the value of their product and service is far more than the rate of the app. So my friend, if you are looking for an app to sell your course, look no more and dive into Courses Plus like right now!

Wow! I'm so impressed with this app - but most importantly the customer service and customization. Send them an email with any request and they will make it happen within hours! I downloaded every Course app and tried them all - Courses Plus is by far the best!

Der Support ist einfach super, die leute helfen schnell und unkompliziert, es sind auch Besprechungen per Video möglich (allerdings alles in englisch, da helfen mir dann translator apps)

I just started my first online course with the app and I'm so happy with this app. It is simple to use and the support is great and super fast! The developers do a great job and I'm looking forward to get surprised by them with new features.

Great customer service. Integration with Shopify is not perfect but working. Looking forward to uploading more courses!

I want to report to Shopify fraud activity by this team. They are selling empty courses and refusing responsibility for their actions. They don't provide valid support, neither are they refunding ater admitting their mistakes. I gave them access to my store and they solved NOTHING. I recommend everyone to stay away from these people and all the apps they create. They are unprofessional and incompetent.
UPD: 5/21/23 from Anton: Unfortunately we didn't hear back from the customer. If you're a customer considering to install and try out our Courses Plus app: - We never did any Shopify fraud activity and are not planning to - We're not selling empty courses but a merchant can edit or restrict the visibility of each course towards the end customer. I assume that's exactly what happened to the current merchant. - We do provide with live support and are always there for you. Please try our chat or email support to try it out by yourself. - The customer was using our Free plan, so there was no charges to this store. We did propose to the customer to cover a business loss if any however didn't receive any reply. TL;DR: Please contact us in case you have any question: we're here to help! All the best with your project and we hope our Courses App will turn it into even greater product! Hi Dan, We're happy to help with your case and as soon as you get back in touch we can jump on a zoom session and set everything up properly. I am still in the setup phase, but so far I really like this app. The customer service in particular is very helpful, nice, and quick to respond. I wanted the app to fit into my website's theme and they quickly fixed it for me. Excited to launch soon!

The support team is amazing! I usually get a reply in 5-10min., but today on Saturday I even got my reply right after 2min. I highly recommend. The support team DO read the messages, and they DO request only info that was really missing in my email. Short and very effective communication. And not only today! Cheers team, you are amazing! PS: I highly recommend the product - the app. I am using it second year. It's easy to use with no previous knowledge, especially when you are a one man show and don't have 10+ people team or any time to waste. Thank you! It's a pleasure to work with you. Our international store has unique needs as we serve a multilingual population. We have been so impressed with the Courses Plus team's responsiveness to help ensure that our Spanish-speaking students receive only Spanish content in their courses and English-speaking students exclusively see English content. We experienced some problems with the Courses Plus app when we first turned it on and began offering our first course. I was able to work closely with the Architech dev team to resolve the issue within 24 hours (over a weekend, no less). They were prompt, friendly, and helpful, and so far we have had no other issues!

Really nice and simple online Course that perfectly integrates with other products in Shopify. The Support team is brilliant and always there to go an extra mile to fulfill all your requests. Couldn't ask for more!

Amazing app doing all what expensive platforms like Kajabi does but everything stay clean inside Shopify. Support was also very reactive and helpful. Thanks for this great app.

I have been using this program for about a year and am very happy! I have a complicated and large program and it's been working great. Usually there are no issues, but whenever there are -- I am at peace knowing the customer service team will get back to me ASAP. They support team is friendly, inquisitive and quick! Def reccomend!

I really like Courses Plus with customer service, they respond very quickly and also helped deliver my needs. With Courses Plus My first Courses going so easy with my shopify. and now I have many courses on my site with Courses Plus. I highly recommend it!

I am excited, if you have already created courses or products in the past, and also have already been sold, you can simply connect your products. You don't create a product in this app, but you simply add the courses category to your products. Then you go into the app and create your content. All past customers will automatically have access to your courses.
