We used Cowlender to set up bookings for our recent event, and it genuinely made the entire process seamless from start to finish. From creating time slots to managing registrations, everything was intuitive and quick to implement—even under tight timelines. A special shoutout to Alex from their team, who went above and beyond in guiding us through the entire setup and execution. Whether it was customizing booking flows or troubleshooting small hiccups, Alex was always prompt, clear, and solution-oriented. It felt like having an extended team member who was invested in making our event successful. Overall, Cowlender played a huge role in helping us launch smoothly without operational chaos. Highly recommend it for anyone planning events, sessions, or bookings.

so far so good. scheduling a class is a little clunky, but I am figuring out the work-arounds. I wish I could write individual emails for each class without using klaviyo

I used it so far only few days but I´m very happy with it. Price is fair support is very quick and good and app is easy to use.

I cannot recommend Cowlendar enough!!! 100-stars!!! I've installed, setup and uninstalled 3 different booking apps before Cowlendar, and none of them were able to address my clients unique booking requirements. The team at Cowlendar held my hand and put up with all my questions and stupidity, and never faulted once. They were patient and incredibly supportive, and even though we initially struggled to find a solution to a particular setup, they never gave up. Judy in particular, was incredible!! When I had a dumb moment (and I had plenty!), she tried her best to explain it to me over, and over again, until I understood. Whenever I made a mistake and messed up a setting that we had finally solved, she took over and found my error. She was instant in her replies, very efficient, and very knowledgeable. She really was heaven-sent! The app itself is SO easy to set up and navigate. It's simple, effective and straightforward. And it's so highly customizable - it really can accommodate any unique setup. And the user interface is as easy. For an event-booking system, I HIGHLY recommend Cowlendar. Thank you to the entire team at Cowlendar, and a very special thank you to Judy!

Excellent support and a great booking app. Alex was extremely helpful, responsive, and patient throughout the whole process. He guided us clearly, helped identify the issue quickly, and provided the right solution. The app itself is powerful, user-friendly, and very useful for managing bookings and deposits on Shopify. Highly recommended — especially if you value fast and professional customer support.
