Customer service is excellent. Sofia has been very helpful and resourceful in helping with setup and ongoing features. The app itself is great, and awesome for the booking services we require for our reservations for food and events. 100% recommend.

Chatting with Mateo made my life so much easier as i was setting up my website i had no clue what i was doing i reached out to customer support through chat and he responded very quickly to any question i had Mateo also helped me out with step-by-step directions to adding my calendar to my website he literally stayed with me throughout the entire process and made me feel very welcomed to reach out at any time BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD

This app is fantastic! The customer service is by far the best I’ve experienced in over 15 years of using different platforms. Amelia was my customer agent, and she was amazing — always quick to respond, patient, and genuinely helpful. The full team replies instantly, no matter the time, and always goes above and beyond to resolve any issue. The app itself is very customizable, easy to use, and does everything I need as a booking system. Highly recommended!

The best booking app for now, if you want to create booking system under Shopify ecosystem. Constantly evolving. However it's not perfect yet for them who need also good ERP:s and CRM:s and analytics to control easily customer relations, employee activities or KPI:s with bookings. Thanks quys! You are always helpful and interested to understand our needs. I appreciate it. We got thousands of bookings with Cowlendar so the app works well.
