If I could rate ZERO stars I would. Months ago I changed my subscription down to the free one due to no longer using it. Come to find out I have been getting charged $40 a month for months. I instantly chat with staff and am told they don’t have any access to see when I changed. They put me in contact with the “developer”. Magically hours later I’m resubscribed for the highest package and told I’m going to be charged AGAIN in 2 days. I changed it back to the free package for it still to show pending ANOTHER charge from them in 2 days. This app is hard to use. That was my main reason for leaving. It does not link easily to your site and they just steal your money. Find another app. It’s not worth it.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I truly enjoy this app and working with the entire team. Anytom I have a question, they address with ease.

This app has been working well for us and we are just starting to expand into multi appointment options. Support staff is super helpful!

My experience with the customer support went exceptionally well, I was speaking with Theo and he went above and beyond to hear and understand exactly what I needed and was able to resolve my issue in a matter of seconds. Really impressed, thanks so much Theo and team!

Just started using it – so far so good, friendly interface with lots of customization options, and their customer service (shoutout to Moises!) is so awesome and quick to help.

Just getting started and support has been phenomenal! I tried almost every booking app and couldnt get any of them to work out of the box. This has been much easier to set up and most importantly offers 24 hours support..so if your up at 2 am (like me) and trying to get things set up or just have questions there is someone who knows the answers quickly and will provide screenshots with explanations! This one app has so many configural options and can be utilized for almost any service you can imagine.

Great booking app. Online support is excellent, respond within minutes and always finds a solution. Minimal impact on customer experience if something goes down, highly recommend!
