This app is great, but this customer service is OUTSTANDING. They have been there through set up and into helping me add new services and features. Customer support understands what you are saying and actually takes action and helps. My business runs primarily on bookings and this app runs smooth through Shopify and makes it super easy for my customers to book.

Stop your search. I've tried them all and this is the easiest booking app available. Stuck with something, or wondering if some tweak is possible? Their support is exceptional. Highly recommended.

It's a great solution to providing an easy way to book meetings. Leo is fabulous and extremely helpful. It's not necessarily the cheapest app month to month, but it solves a lot of issues for us and that's worth the money.

Pretty easy to use, however when you have those one-off issues, the support team is there to help. Very quick, friendly, and efficient.

I can't recommend this app enough! I've been searching for for a hotel booking solution for quite some time and couldn't find the right thing to suit all our needs. When I came across Cowlendar, i was a breathe of fresh air! It had all the options I was looking for. And when I got stuck, Leo was super efficient in helping me work it all out. Thanks again!

I installed the app last week, the free version for now. I added an item to my store to act as the first booking option, but couldn't get the item to show up, or the calendar to show up. I used the chat option to talk to their customer service and within seconds, Theo jumped in and helped me! He was incredible - heard my issue and offered to join as a collaborator to fix the issue. I am so excited to get to know more about how to use this app simply because I KNOW if I have issues they will be easy to resolve! This is such a rare gem. Customer service is almost unheard of these days. This made me so very happy! Thank you for this!

I tried several "easy to use" appointment apps, only to be confronted having to install code. Who has the time to figure out that mess?! Also, I needed to be able to offer one class at multiple times on specific days. Through the chat, Alex was incredibly helpful and hung in there with this farmer, who is not techie at all. Thank you for making a beautiful product and adaptable to so many different scenarios for my business. Can't wait to try the zoom class feature soon!

This App is Amazing i was able to solve a major booking problem , when i contacted Milo from support team it was exceptional and very helpfull . i highly suggest this app for businesses which need a booking system
