I am so happy with Cowlendar help team. I was a slow learner and it was bit overwelming for me to learn how to set up calendar on my shopify. I contacted Cowlendar help team few times with different questions and they always replied straight away, were super helpful and guide me always to resolve my issues. The live chat support is really helpful! they responded quickly and were pacient and polite. The app it's self is great. It is very customizable to fit your needs. I've gone through a wild ride looking for the right booking app for my dog services, but nothing had the exact things I needed. I'm very glad I found this app, and am excited to see what else it offers!

The software makes intuitive sense and has all the features I need to run a service based business. When I needed help to figure things out, Sophia gave me great answers (with follow up screenshot diagrams I could follow!). When we could not determine why one issue kept happening, she logged in as a collaborator, found the User error (yes mine!) and gave me the directions to fix it! This software looks good, is easy to set up, and ACTUALLY has great support! KUDOS!!!
