I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Sofia from the Cowlander support team! She was honestly so incredibly helpful and patient with helping me sort out my website. She responded so quickly, explained everything clearly and actually took the time to help me fix the issue rather than just sending generic responses. As a small business owner, having such reliable and supportive customer service makes such a big difference. Really appreciate all your help Sofia!

The App is good and the support is above and beyond. So the App so far is doing everything I need. Take booking, offer discount, allows check out on my shopify store, intake questions and sends reminder emails. The App is easy to use once you know your way around, but while I was still trying to figure out all the settings, I had a lovely person from support basically holding my hand and walking me through it step by step until it was all set up. And the price is very fair too. Highly recommend.
