The customer service is the best, and I appreciate having the assistance when trying to problem solve. The response to my message came quickly and Leo was patient and thorough. I know I'll be needing assistance again, and am happy to have the support!

Super Kalender. Wir nutzen diese zur Vereinbarung von Laufstilanalysen. Ich hatte ein paar Fragen an die Entwickler. Der Support hat mir sehr flott und zielgerichtet geholfen. So stelle ich mir Support vor. Bitte weiter so!

If excellence had a name, it would be Cowlendar. The product itself is a scheduling masterpiece—streamlined, intuitive, and just plain brilliant. But what really sets them apart is their customer service. It's like Mateo was just chilling in a virtual lounge, ready to leap into action the moment I have a question. Need help? BAM—he's there, faster than I can type "Cowlendar rocks." Honestly, they’re so good it makes me wonder if they’ve hired mind readers. Spectacular app, even more spectacular team. If you’re not using Cowlendar yet, what are you even doing with your life?

Great app, as no techie myself it was easy to configure with my Shopify website (www.blackcountrybralady.co.uk). I had to contact Leo, who was a delight to deal with and even though it was Sunday he swiftly in pointed me in the right direction. I am sure this will be a great time saver for me allowing my clients to book their appointments rather than calling me at all hours! I will no doubt be upgrading to the Elite level very soon.

Pour l'instant, c'est la seule application que j'ai trouvée qui me permet de mettre en place des réservations avec des dates et des créneaux précis. Le support a toujours été très réactif pour résoudre les problèmes/bugs. J'attends de voir à l'usage si tout fonctionne sans encombre mais pour l'instant je suis optimiste pour la suite :-)

Hands down the best app experience I've had, paired with red-carpet customer support from Anna—even at 3AM PST! The app is intuitive, user-friendly, and refreshingly free of bait-and-switch tactics so common with other Shopify apps. Even the free membership delivers immense value, especially considering the seamless onboarding process. Anna went above and beyond, personally troubleshooting my account instead of leaving me to fend for myself in frustration. Talk about stellar service!
