I would recommend this app. It has been, so far, one of the most solid and easy to understand set ups of all apps I've used! The help pages are written clearly and the live chat support is always available. Judy was quick to answer my question and super friendly. I look forward to seeing all that this booking app will do for my business!

Theo was AMAZING!! Def deserves a raise!! We chatted for 1-2 hrs trying to figure out the best route for my business scheduling and invoicing. while showing me why Cowlender would benefit as well as being honest about the downside features i was looking for that i would have to upgrade. In the end we achieved a great plan!! THANKS THEO!!

Customer service is second to none. Sofia was absolutely fantastic and spent around 2 hours with me on Live chat helping me with all of my queries. Amazing service. Thank you!

I don’t usually write long reviews, but the team at Cowlendar truly deserves one. Their customer service is on another level. Every time I’ve reached out, they’ve been kind, fast, and completely tuned in to what I needed. You can feel the empathy behind every message, and that’s rare in the world of app development. They pay attention to the smallest details and handle everything with real care. It’s not just about solving problems; they make you feel seen and valued as a customer. The combination of professionalism, heart, and efficiency they bring is something special. Simply put, they’re one of the best support teams I’ve ever worked with. I wish there were words to describe something beyond amazing, because that’s what they are.

Great app! The customization is great and works well with other languages such as Finnish. It was easy to setup and get the branding right. I had only 1 small problem but after contacting the support (which by the way responded very quickly) Anna was on the chat helping me. She was great and we got the problem solved in no time. Thank you and would highly recommend this app!
