My first time using this app but it's straightforward for Bookings, Alex helped me well regarding my issues. I recommend this app for other educational services as well, thank you!

I installed the app last week, the free version for now. I added an item to my store to act as the first booking option, but couldn't get the item to show up, or the calendar to show up. I used the chat option to talk to their customer service and within seconds, Theo jumped in and helped me! He was incredible - heard my issue and offered to join as a collaborator to fix the issue. I am so excited to get to know more about how to use this app simply because I KNOW if I have issues they will be easy to resolve! This is such a rare gem. Customer service is almost unheard of these days. This made me so very happy! Thank you for this!

I tried several "easy to use" appointment apps, only to be confronted having to install code. Who has the time to figure out that mess?! Also, I needed to be able to offer one class at multiple times on specific days. Through the chat, Alex was incredibly helpful and hung in there with this farmer, who is not techie at all. Thank you for making a beautiful product and adaptable to so many different scenarios for my business. Can't wait to try the zoom class feature soon!

Like everyone I have experienced Amazing Customer Service. Patient, kind, thoroughly and well communicated support. The app is much easier than other Booking apps I have used in the past. You should definitely use the Cowlender app!

J'ai pu être aidé par Anna, Mateo et Théo et leurs services étaient super. Rapide, sympathique, à l'écoute, leurs conseils m'ont permis de trouver les solutions très rapidement et facilement. L'application me permet de prendre chaque jour mes réservations sans la moindre difficulté et ainsi de remplir mes journées de rendez-vous avec fluidité. Je recommande cette application !
