Not only does this app work great, but the support team behind it is fantastic. I've had multiple occasions where I wanted to do something unique with our bookings and every time they have been very prompt in their responses and offered multiple different ideas to find a solution. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a very capable event management platform.

I've just installed it and I absolutely love the customer service! Luna was so helpful and seemed also very down to earth despite our conversation being short. She broke down everything for me and showed me how to do what I needed. I'm on a free plan but I plan on upgrading to get the most out of their service. So far I am very pleased, 10/10 for the customer service for sure!!
The customer service is absolutely incredible! It's also the ONLY app I found that offers bundle bookings - perfect for teachers/coaches selling lesson packages...this allows students to book and schedule multiple lessons at once. I've tried 3 apps and this is the BEST!

This is the most ridiculous free plan for a booking app. The free plan allows multiple bookings for the same time slot and only paid versions enables a proper calendar function! This means you do not have a free plan! Please do not do misleading marketing and do not steal people's time!
You used the app for exactly 27 minutes and did not set up or test anything during that time. It is difficult to understand how someone can leave such a harsh review after using a product for less than half an hour when this same product took more than 15 000 hours of work to build. What you wrote is also simply false. The free plan does include a proper calendar function. So saying that the marketing is misleading is, in itself, misleading. With this level of bad faith and the very short usage time, it honestly feels like this review might be coming from a competitor rather than from a real user who actually tried the product. If you genuinely need help setting up anything, I am always available on the live chat.

Great app! I think what sets this app apart from others is definitely their fast and great customer service live chat! Judy was very helpful in helping me troubleshooting my problems so that my store could run smoothly on opening day. I do wish their waitlist function was a little bit better in terms of prioritizing customers on the waitlist instead of freeing up the slot back onto my website. I ended up not upgrading my tier due to that. Will definitely consider upgrading once they have this function more refined!
Honestly the best customer support I have ever seen. Whenever I have a question, technical or not, the customer supports guide me thru everything within minutes. Easy to use service with a bunch of customization available. I strongly recommend.
Their support team is 10/10. It's taking me a while to get the hang of this app as my services are quite complicated, but there is always someone there to help and answer questions which is so helpful.
