I have been "shopping" around for a new booking option for our classes and events. There are so many to choose from but I was so pumped to find Cowlendar. In my exploration of the app, I also reached out to the chat on Cowlendar and the response was quick, so friendly, and not robotic. Leo, the founder, obviously puts serving his customers above everything. Full disclosure, I haven't even used the product yet as I just found this app yesterday, but I'm so impressed with it and the Cowlendar team. I honeslty understand already why this app has a 5 star rating. I will absolutely be back to review once I have used it as well

My goodness, Helpdesk is so patient with me, just spent 2 hours solving a bunch of technical issues. It's unthinkable if I have done it myself, I'm truly thankful and impressed with Cowlendar's work rate and responsively. There's so much can be done with this app, and at customer service level, it's by far impressive one for me. Thank you Anna.

Cowlendar has a very easy to use interface. One feature I enjoy that sets it apart from others is that I can list all my services in one click rather than adding them individually block by block! That is a huge bonus! Theo was very informative and friendly - he assisted me quickly and ensured I was well setup before ending our chat session. Awesome job, thanks Theo!

I had the very fortunate experience of having Mateo to help me today with my Cowlender. I could not work out for the life of me where to start and what direction to go. He was there by my side for over an hour answering every confusing request and question I had in getting my website and Cowlender to work as a team. I am a chef and know nothing about IT and to have Mateo as clear and concise as he was I feel that now I have an enormous weight off my shoulders and my website and Cowlender are working together to make me money. Which is what it is all about. I need time to be a chef and to have my IT side of my business making my life easier and giving me back precious time to do what I do best. Thanks Mateo. You rock!!!!
