I had a few issues which couldnt do my self. He resolved them very quickly, on top of that. I was having a problem building my site. The way I wanted. I told him what I'd like. And he built it for me. You could not ask for a better service top-notch.

I had trouble setting up my time blocks, but Alex quickly and efficiently resolved the issue for me, which turned out to be a misunderstanding on my part. I've been using this app for about two years now and have never experienced any problems until this one.

This is the first time I've ever tried implementing appointments for our business, and Cowlendar has made it SO incredibly simple and straightforward. I really appreciate the wealth of options for tinkering with pretty much every little aspect - from the emails, the widget, the behavior, etc. Everything is thought out and well designed, it makes the process a snap. Would 100% recommend this app to anyone looking to add appointment functionality, this is the gold standard for Shopify apps.

The Cowlendar app is efficient, easy, and professional. I can update the times I am available, how long in the future I want to show, what questions I want to prompt at time of booking and have my Zoom link go out automatically with the booking confirmation. It's easy for clients and for myself. Additionally, anytime I've had a tech issue or question, they always reply right away and are very helpful! Being able to speak to real people and get help that way goes along way. I have the Pro plan and think it's worth it for my business!

Just downloaded Cowlendar today and am loving the integration. Spoke with Alex on the chat feature and he was SO helpful! I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them in detail and included screenshots as well. Great app and amazing support staff!
