I tried another booking app and it was horrible for set up. Two hours and 4 months of $40 a month charged bc i could never get it set up. This app is the exact opposite! Cowlender is super easy and their support is top notch!!!! I cannot recommend them enough.

Ich habe den Shop noch nicht vollständig eingerichtet, die ersten Schritte waren jedoch sehr einfach und gut verständlich. Der Chat Support ist auch am Wochenende verfügbar und antwortet schnell. Wir haben komplexere Anforderungen bei unserem Dienstleistungsgeschäft, die App scheint alles abdecken zu können. Es sind keinerlei Programmierkenntnisse erforderlich, es ist alles sehr gut erklärt und praxisnah.

This app is great and very user-friendly. Makes appointment booking really easy, and there are many ways to customize it to your liking. The customer service is INCREDIBLE. Theo was super helpful, patient, and went above and beyond in fixing some of the issues I was running into. Would recommend this app to anyone looking to use appointment booking on their website!

The support has been amazing! I am not tech savvy and they are patient and provide really good instructions to walk you through any issues. The customer service and follow up and is very prompt! 100% world class customer support!

Installed last week, still testing before going live but it is working perfectly so far. Thanks for all your support Alex and team. This app has a lot of flexibility and the specific features that we needed.
