J'ai testé 2 ou 3 autres applications et j'ai vite abandonnée. Appointment Booking Cowlendar est simple d'utilisation, le service client est excellent. J'aime la personnalisation, la fluidité et la présentation pour les clients. Pour le moment rien a redire

The customer service is amazing! Thanks to Sofia, I felt less alone with the setup of everything. There was no pressure with time, she created calendars for me and was very helpfull. Totally recommend it. But, I'm a new user of less than 24hrs... We'll see how everything goes after that!

I just installed the app, so I haven't had much time to play with all the features. However, I had a question at 11-something p.m. and reached out to the chat box, assuming I'd need to send some overnight message. Pleasantly surprised when Sofia answered promptly + answered my question... and then several more. She was quick with providing screenshots to show me what I was looking for. I'm happy with those features we discussed. This seems to be exactly what I've been looking for, for *years! Phew. Crosses fingers.

Sexist & non stop harassment & insults FOR MONTHS!! Continually updates reply. MAJOR privacy violation with their repeated updated replies!! Do NOT download this app!! Developer has been harassing me NON STOP for months for writing a truthful review. Numerous emails asking me to give him 5 stars instead. I replied twice to leave me alone. He continued to repeatedly email me. 5 star reviews are fake! App does NOT work. Repeatedly told me to enable app in theme - it was - 10 minutes later - it's still NOT registered that app is in fact enabled. I logged out of Shopify repeatedly- logged back in - nothing. Uninstalled app and installed again - nothing. Customer service was useless - click enable - closed and it will show it's enabled - uhm - i just repeatedly told you it does NOT show that. Their repeatedly replies for months reply confirms blatant sexism, confirms harassment AND is a privacy violation. Furthermore, if this is how you reply - you just confirmed everything I wrote - I'm right - you're wrong. So for the 10th time - STOP HARASSING ME you lunatics. LEAVE ME ALONE! I wrote this months ago and you keep coming back to update and hurl more insults..
I have no idea what he/she's talking about. I actually had a long answer written but given what I read i'm worried about his/her sanity and I hope this person gets some peace in his/her life.
