I am writing this review after this app is down for the second time in the last 15 days. No messages, no response from the team. Just that I am losing hard earned business as my customers are unable to book.

I totally understand how stressful it can be when bookings matter for your daily operations. I checked your account and the app has actually been running normally for the past months, including during the period you mentioned. Quick customer service! Using app for a custom event and may not need for entire year, but we will absolutely be using this future day of events! Great app, everything we needed to create a custom experience for our customers.
I tried 6 other apps and also non-apps (paid and free) before I found Cowlendar, which is the only app to do everything I need it to do without being overwhelming and costing more than what we use it for. Customer service has been awesome, every time there’s something I need help with.

This app is great, but this customer service is OUTSTANDING. They have been there through set up and into helping me add new services and features. Customer support understands what you are saying and actually takes action and helps. My business runs primarily on bookings and this app runs smooth through Shopify and makes it super easy for my customers to book.

It's a great solution to providing an easy way to book meetings. Leo is fabulous and extremely helpful. It's not necessarily the cheapest app month to month, but it solves a lot of issues for us and that's worth the money.
Pretty easy to use, however when you have those one-off issues, the support team is there to help. Very quick, friendly, and efficient.
I can't recommend this app enough! I've been searching for for a hotel booking solution for quite some time and couldn't find the right thing to suit all our needs. When I came across Cowlendar, i was a breathe of fresh air! It had all the options I was looking for. And when I got stuck, Leo was super efficient in helping me work it all out. Thanks again!
