Downloaded the app, and since I had to get something done quickly, I instantly had questions due to the complexity of the service and my desire of use. THEO was instantly at my assistance, and quite literally solved all my problems. I needed something done FAST and despite the complex elaborate features of this service, I was able to do so with a great hand from THEO. Thanks guys.

Very comprehensive little app. Setting it up today and each time I thought 'oh it doesn't do this or that'. I find that it does! I wanted a deposit feature, and to change the colours of the booking app, I wanted to set a minimum booking period, to turn off customer cancellation ability, to add to google calendar, and at each step of unpacking this powerful little app I find it does everything and more... So, a well thought out app clearly designed to cover all the possibilities of many business types! Customer service has been amazing, literally instant solutions when I get a bit stuck as a newby.

Wonderfull support. I was pleasantly surprised by Mateo who spend much of his time explaining in details and lead me through the configuration process. I believe this is going to be perfect collaboration bitween my company and this highly professional developer

I added Cowlendar to my shopify site today and normally I just figure things out but Theo appeared in the chat and was most helpful with all my questions. He did an awesome job! I will continue to add my events and look forward to everyone booking thru my site.

This app is great, and just like anything else, you'll have things you need help with. The customer service is an absolute 10/10 and what makes this program ELITE. Couldn't be more satisfied and will never use anything else.

Great Help from Mateo. knowledgeable guy. And the app is very intuitive as well. UPDATE 6-16-2024: Again some support needed from Mateo. I found some edgecase issue in syncing with outlook calendar. Mateo was quite supportive and will bring our findings back into the team to solve! Great experience.

Easy to set up and use and great (plus quick) customer servce! Theo was very heplful! And now Noah helped me A LOT with a bunch of issues, answered many questions and helped me re-setup some of mu services! GOLDEN!

Fantastic booking app. Plenty of customisation available, even for the basic plan, though I've upgraded to the Ultra due to my business needs. Overall, customer service team is always available. Sofia from the Cowlendar team was quick and helpful with my issue.

Service is excellent. I needed some support with the settings and Theo responded right away. He was very helpful and had my issue resolved within minutes. The app is great as well. Meets all my needs.
