I haven't used the app just yet but have already dealt with the representative and he was kind and helpful. I look forward to trying the app out soon.

This app solves most if not all of the problems that we had previously with our store! Since the services we provide are medical it was vital that we can have a nice and clean way to manage bookings without too much hassle. The owner/creator is very nice and will assist you with any questions or problems you might have.

Easy Installation and great and instant support. The fact that with the free version customers have to go through the entire checkout with a 0.00 transaction, push us to find another free alternative for now. When we grow and have greater flow of appointments, we may consider Cowlendar. It works great. good luck

I recently downloaded and started using this app for booking on my online store, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The app's functionality is seamless, providing an intuitive and user-friendly interface that makes organizing my schedule a breeze. The 1-on-1 customer assistance is outstanding, I will recommend this app for any online books 100%.

I'm a consultant and I offer various services, some that include other businesses, so scheduling can get hectic. Cowlendar has helped me organize my schedule and maximize my business relationships as well as the customer experience through their detailed customization capabilities. I can keep track of referrals, collect client data and be sure that all my services can be offered without conflicting with one another. The developer was very personable and quick to respond via chat, and for that I am appreciative.

I'm super impressed with Cowlendar! The customer service is top-notch - they've quickly and efficiently answered all my questions. What's really amazing about this app is how it handles appointment scheduling. It does everything we need, and it does it seamlessly. The customization options are a big win. I think Cowlendar might be the only app out there that lets you tweak everything to this extent. We're talking about changing not just the look of the booking form but also every line of text in the booking form, confirmation messages, emails, the time formats (giving the option to clients between 24-hour or AM/PM), as well as inclusion of Cancel/Reschedule buttons in the emails. In addition, with their Ultra plan, emails go out from our business email address, not some generic bot address (hello copilot!) - it's a huge plus for keeping things professional. Why am I raving about Cowlendar? Well, it actually works exactly how we hoped it would, which is a breath of fresh air after being stuck with another booking app for a year and a half that just couldn't meet our needs. Thankfully, the other app's end of year update so thoroughly broke our booking site, it finally forced us to find a better solution in Cowlendar.

Easy to set up and has the features we need for our business. I had a question regarding a setting, and the owner replied instantly and was super helpful and friendly.
