Appointment Booking Cowlendar

I had the very fortunate experience of having Mateo to help me today with my Cowlender. I could not work out for the life of me where to start and what direction to go. He was there by my side for over an hour answering every confusing request and question I had in getting my website and Cowlender to work as a team. I am a chef and know nothing about IT and to have Mateo as clear and concise as he was I feel that now I have an enormous weight off my shoulders and my website and Cowlender are working together to make me money. Which is what it is all about. I need time to be a chef and to have my IT side of my business making my life easier and giving me back precious time to do what I do best. Thanks Mateo. You rock!!!!

Customer support is off the charts amazing

I love this app! For a non techy person, it has been super easy to get up and running. I've had a couple of questions along the way....you simply click on the chat bubble in the lower right hand side and help is right there. Theo has been amazing! He has walked me through and solved all my questions. I highly recommend Cowlendar and Theo

Great app with excellent customer service

We have tried out a few of the other booking apps and eventually settled for Cowlender. Comprehensive, flexible, easy to use and a solution for almost anything. Most importantly, the customer service and help offered by Leo is truly outstanding, he always goes out of his way to provide help if any questions arise. Thanks!

Super easy to use, really helpful team to support you with everything you might need help with. It doesn't only work brilliantly, with options to add questions for bookings etc but it looks great too and is a seamless booking experience. I honestly couldn't be happier and I'm just sad I only swapped over to it after years of another app! Highly recommend to anyone needing any type of booking service on their website. Sofia was amazing too, so helpful in a really friendly way!
