We recently switched to Cowlender from our previous booking system, Tipo, and it's been a transformative experience! One of the main reasons for our switch was the lack of support from Tipo, which often left us in difficult situations. However, since moving to Cowlender, the difference has been night and day. The standout aspect for us has been the exceptional customer service, particularly from Leo at Cowlender. His instant support and proactive assistance have been invaluable. It's refreshing to work with someone who not only understands our needs but also responds promptly and effectively. The booking system itself is fantastic. It's user-friendly, highly intuitive, and offers features that perfectly align with our business needs. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, making appointment scheduling a breeze for both our team and our clients. Overall, we're extremely satisfied with Cowlender and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, and supportive booking system. I was looking for a replacement for the current app that I have been using because it was causing other issues on my store. I tried multiple options but Cowlendar was the first one to have all of the features that I need. Support is fast and very helpful and I would highly recommend the app to anyone looking for a clean and powerful way to set up appointments.

After going through 6/7 calendar apps i found cowlendar. It's easy to use and just looks good. Also the customer help is AMAZING! I usually get sick and tired of dealing with chatbots that can never solve my issues. Cowlendar on the other hand has real people that help and answer in 5 minutes. Shoutout Lèo for the help with everything!
