I cannot recommend Cowlendar enough!!! 100-stars!!! I've installed, setup and uninstalled 3 different booking apps before Cowlendar, and none of them were able to address my clients unique booking requirements. The team at Cowlendar held my hand and put up with all my questions and stupidity, and never faulted once. They were patient and incredibly supportive, and even though we initially struggled to find a solution to a particular setup, they never gave up. Judy in particular, was incredible!! When I had a dumb moment (and I had plenty!), she tried her best to explain it to me over, and over again, until I understood. Whenever I made a mistake and messed up a setting that we had finally solved, she took over and found my error. She was instant in her replies, very efficient, and very knowledgeable. She really was heaven-sent! The app itself is SO easy to set up and navigate. It's simple, effective and straightforward. And it's so highly customizable - it really can accommodate any unique setup. And the user interface is as easy. For an event-booking system, I HIGHLY recommend Cowlendar. Thank you to the entire team at Cowlendar, and a very special thank you to Judy!

Such an incredibly flexible and beautiful calendaring app to plug into your business and suuuuper amazing support. Literally every question is answered and every calendar related situation has been considered and designed into the app. <3

New to using this app, Starting a paid plan and I will update review, however so far so good. Customer service is on point, always friendly and efficient, no bots or AI . I'm praying stays this way cause I have ditched every other booking platform so far this one fits what I need for my business.

I’ve start using Cowlendar app and overall it’s truly excellent, but I ran into a complex issue due to another app I must use for my country. Since we recently adopted the euro, we need dual currency display, and unfortunately that app was conflicting with the Cowlendar in a way that blocked its functionality. I couldn’t remove the other app because there’s no good alternative, so the situation was quite tricky. Theo from the support team was absolutely outstanding. He patiently listened to everything I explained, answered all of my (many!) questions, and genuinely went above and beyond to help. Together, we managed to find a solution that allowed us to use the Cowlendar app in its full potential—> without having to compromise or remove the other app. His level of dedication and professionalism is rare. Amazing app and even more amazing support. Highly recommended!
