Amazing app! I'm using for +2 years to redirect clients between my stores and I never had a problem. It is user friendly, smooth, and works well. Recently I wanted to customize a template even more that the standard customization we can do, and the support team creates a new template for me within 24 hours! Really recommend the app.

We've been using the App for a few years without any issues, their support is quick to respond and even created bespoke pop-up templates for us free of charge. It's a much better choice than Shopify's native solution.

Simple to use. Great customer service. I needed their help with popup configuration and both time I got a fast and helpful response. they even implemented fixes themselves and didn't send me to to it.

Great app for multiple of our stores. We have tried other apps before, and Cozy Country redirect is definitely our preferrred app for country re-directs. We had a specific request which we couldn't solve with the standard templates, and the Cozy team helped us out immediately. Their support is amazing, super quick and responsive, and they basically created exactly what we wanted. Amazing support!

The App is absolutely fab and a joy the work. It provides what one needs and just works. Doesn't require much set up. And the team behind the app are really helpful and Kim has been a start supporting us.

Does what we need to redirect traffic to sites based on locale. Support was also quick to help adjust some CSS settings - thanks Emma for your quick response and resolution.

Very helpful customer service. Their developpers completely customized the look and feel of the pop-up for me. They respond to queries quickly and without a lot of back and forth which is much appreciated in this day and age.

This app has been very useful for redirects, and notification bars/popups. Is reliable and the support has been excellent over the years we have used this. Being able to display notification bars based on location has been very effective for us.
