Absolutely amazing customer service. They literally responded and helped me within a minute of me sending an email requesting their help. Couldn't have asked for better customer service.

The application does exactly what it says, redirects visitors based on their location and does it quickly. However, for me the most remarkable thing has been the support. Just fantastic. Steve was super attentive to us and made all the changes we requested until the application was perfectly integrated into our store and was 100% adapted to our liking. And most importantly, super fast in his response. A 10 service !! Good job Steve !!

Great app to redirect customers to the right country/store while at the same time giving them a beautiful option to chose themself - this was important for us as customers are sometimes located in a "wrong" country relative to their language preferences. Also very good support and awesome help in setting up the pop-up template to match our needs!

Does exactly what it says it does (redirects automatically from countries), and support was quick, friendly and responsive!

The support from the Cozy Redirect team was fantastic, we couldn't have launched our multiple Shopify sites without the app.

Great app thats resolved many issues I faced with currencies aligning in my store. A simple redirect solved this, and the support team were very helpful in making it as fast as possible to redirect. Thanks!

This app was incredibly easy to use + effective at successfully re-directing customers based on their international IP. As we opened a second shop to start expanding into other markets– it's a perfect solution to avoid confusing our customers. Biggest issue we've faced is template design with the notifications, but even so we were able to create a design that fit our brand aesthetic. Not to mention that the support was very timely and effective in answering any questions I sent their way!

Works like a charm and Steve was unreal with assisting us with the install and design to match with our store theme. Looking for a country redirect this is the only app to use.

Great app, very simple to setup and great support. Also, after a quick fix, very fast redirection. I use it on both my stores.

This is a second store I'm using it on, works great! Tip: if you want to use autoredirect to point to a certain language, and don't want a clash if the language is already in the URL the user enters - use the Whitelist URL rule in the settings : )

the guys answered me right away and helped me with things that are not included in the app admin. I wished to remove one of the buttons, made the text RTL and more and they made it easy right away! thanks guys! you're the best
