This app was good when it worked, but recent issues have made it unusable. First, images have been down for several weeks now. Support originally said it would be fixed within 24 hours. That was weeks ago, and now they don’t respond to emails at all. On top of that, there was an SSL certificate problem that caused our shop to appear “unsafe” to customers. That should have been a simple fix, but it dragged on for days without resolution or even a proactive update. The result has been catastrophic for my business: lost sales, lost leads, and hours of wasted work building on this platform.
