Great app that does exactly what it says! Very responsive team that spent some time making sure the integration for our site was flawless. Great help from Stuart, would highly recommend!

Just added Cross-Sell to our Shopify store and I must say their service is outstanding! Many Shopify APP providers are quick to inquire if they can aid in the set-up process. The Cross-Sell team beats them all, in my view. They were eager to help, took over the process for me and even offered to customize their APP to suit our needs. I'm quite excited to see how it performs!

There is no greater accolade could I give to the team at cross-sell, they are truly exceptional! we were under a deadline to launch. It was noon in California and 8 pm in the UK. The lads put down their pints left the ladies at the bar and went to work! In short order they were able to customize cross-sell for our shopify theme, so we were able to go live and launch on time. After installing this on one of my shopify stores, I decided to install on another. Stuart and his team were able to do the installation quickly on the custom theme I was using on my second store. On the multiple shopify stores I have, and all the various apps I have installed, the customer service from Cross-Sell is the best.

My experience with Cross Sell as been great. Their free set up has been very responsive and it looks great on our site. Selecting cross-sell products was logical and easy and I'm hoping to see lots of cross selling in action! Great product and even better support.

On my second or third month now. I had very fast response in the beginning, to get me up and going. It was minutes and on an Australian Saturday evening too! However, with close to 2000 items, to cross-sell, I'm finding it needs some short-cuts, so products can be edited one after another, next, next, next instead of returning to the search. To clarify that: Initially I did "fast selling items" which was a collection of 160 items, and I was able to pull that collection, and do next, next, etc. However, once I'd done that, I wanted to do items without "cross-sells" but I don't seem able to do next, next with that. Also, the "link together" check box is less than straightforward, and I think "link togethers" down the track, may cancel out previous "link together" Maybe a "random" option may be helpful. Where if you have 56 "link togethers" for an item, they randomly select the 15 items each time that page is loaded. None of this is a real criticism, it's just what I find, having many items to work through. I made suggestions to the developer, and they very quickly got back to me, saying my suggestions would be carried into the further development of the app. I have 647 more cross-sells to edit, and I'm trying to get them done as swiftly as I can, as I can see the difference having the app has made. I just wish my initial website builder, had selected Cross-sell instead of Recommendify which is a lot more expensive and not as good.

This app is so easy to use, the app developers installed it. I am creating the cross sells, they look awesome on our site. The price is a fair price to pay and hopefully your customers will like the cross sells you create. You'd be surprised how many cross sell apps don't have the simple functionality of displaying on the cart page, but this one does:) Plus, the support is second to none! Highly recommend!

This Cross-sell app is exactly what I was looking for. As I am selling into multiple niches and when someone selects a product I wanted to only show products in that niche (the cross-sell products were from different collections) as cross-sell. This app solved that exact problem. I researched many others before finalizing on this app. I am already starting see results, and my order size has surely increased, and I can see people ordering other products which they would not have seen before with the default cross-sell widget. And the support from Stuart was amazing, they went above and beyond to implement the cross-sell on my theme which is a heavily customized theme and hence was not an easy task. Stuart was very patient with me on all my requests and kept making changes and tweaks till I was fully happy. Even gave suggestions on my theme. Extremely responsive- I would get response from them in few minutes after I sent an email, does not matter whether it was week-end or any time of day. I have many apps on my site, and this app support team is the best I have seen. The App is also 5* with some unique features, the only thing missing is reporting on conversions/how much addl. revenue it brings in. And they are working on it. You can confidently go for his app, you will see the results pretty soon.

App is good for basic cross-selling and support was second to none. Stuart responded to me quickly and solved just about every issue I had as quickly as possible. I had these up on the site in 10 minutes.
