Upsell, Cross sell & Bundles

It works so well! Its intuitive and very easy to use. Makes my site look so complete and well organized. Great customer service.

After installing this on one of my shopify stores, I decided to install on another. Stuart and his team were able to do the installation quickly on the custom theme I was using on my second store. On the multiple shopify stores I have, and all the various apps I have installed, the customer service from Cross-Sell is the best.

Great app, easy to use, lots of features to take advantage of. Plus they were able to complete my custom install less than 2 hours after purchase. Great customer service!

My experience with Cross Sell as been great. Their free set up has been very responsive and it looks great on our site. Selecting cross-sell products was logical and easy and I'm hoping to see lots of cross selling in action! Great product and even better support.

On my second or third month now. I had very fast response in the beginning, to get me up and going. It was minutes and on an Australian Saturday evening too! However, with close to 2000 items, to cross-sell, I'm finding it needs some short-cuts, so products can be edited one after another, next, next, next instead of returning to the search. To clarify that: Initially I did "fast selling items" which was a collection of 160 items, and I was able to pull that collection, and do next, next, etc. However, once I'd done that, I wanted to do items without "cross-sells" but I don't seem able to do next, next with that. Also, the "link together" check box is less than straightforward, and I think "link togethers" down the track, may cancel out previous "link together" Maybe a "random" option may be helpful. Where if you have 56 "link togethers" for an item, they randomly select the 15 items each time that page is loaded. None of this is a real criticism, it's just what I find, having many items to work through. I made suggestions to the developer, and they very quickly got back to me, saying my suggestions would be carried into the further development of the app. I have 647 more cross-sells to edit, and I'm trying to get them done as swiftly as I can, as I can see the difference having the app has made. I just wish my initial website builder, had selected Cross-sell instead of Recommendify which is a lot more expensive and not as good.

You'd be surprised how many cross sell apps don't have the simple functionality of displaying on the cart page, but this one does:) Plus, the support is second to none! Highly recommend!

App is good for basic cross-selling and support was second to none. Stuart responded to me quickly and solved just about every issue I had as quickly as possible. I had these up on the site in 10 minutes.

Great app. Finally we can cross sell the items we choose instead of some random items that may or may not make sense. They have a nice upgrade in beta we are using too!

Looks great, and is cheaper then all the others. BUT... They need some major feature to enhance and speed up the use of their app. No Bulk upload!! Seriously? No Cross sell Templates that can be added to collections? No reporting? Very time consuming and tedious as all hell. We have seen conversions with this app. So it has paid for itself with in 30 days. Support was good and replied quickly. I just don't get why the enhancements of bulk update or templates attaching to collections is taking so long to complete.

Incredible service and a top-dollar Shopify App. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to any Shopify store out there.

I really like being able to specifically choose per product what to show in the related products section of the product page. The support has been amazing when I had to make a theme upgrade and had some other questions as well. I definitely recommend this app. Thank you!!

Great customer service and fast attention to getting you started up. Alert - the "themes" are based on your own store's themes, not the ability to toggle between style options within the app. The service gives you customization of their app to your existing Shopify store. Other than that, it's been a good system to use.

We've installed this back after trying another app. The team got it installed as soon as we bought it, which was about midnight and they have communicated with us at that time, while setting it for us and customizing. We were given tips and best ways of using the app in the middle of the night. Very impressed with the level of service. You guys are GREAT!
