Highly recommended and very impressed by the exceptional customer service by Stu. Not only did this app do exactly what I needed done, but their new "Reciprocal" feature is terrific ! Nice to have such prompt and knowledgeable staff beyond the wonderful product. Keep up the great job guys !

Five stars! This is my second website using Cross-Sell and it couldn't be easier. They even offer free setup with a personal contact to walk you through any questions you may have. But you won't have questions since the app is super intuitive and fast. I was able to add cross-sells for 80 products in about 20 minutes. This app can't be beat for product recommendations. Cheers!

This app does exactly what it's supposed to do, and I have no complaints. I specifically am happy about their support. We requested customizations (adding Product Name + Price copy under the cross-sell products at checkout), and their support team responded in less than an hour and was able to help make the updates. They also proactively offered to make other functionality upgrades based on new offerings. We've been very happy with the Cross-Sell app and I would highly recommend.

A lot of Shopify themes include related products but this app gives you the ability to hand pick the products for more control. Customer service is great, I asked a question to change the HTML a bit to match the branding and they answered and fixed very quickly, within 24 hours! Definitely worth the $7 a month.

We hired the app developer, Keeping Shop, to customize Cross-Sell for us to include a pop-up overlay that is already converting well. Keeping Shop is responsive, detail oriented, and a pleasure to work with.

The customer service is excellent! Within the same day our representative, Stuart, went in and customized the platform exactly how we requested (with a friendly and positive attitude). The app is clean and simple to use, especially for people who aren't tech-savy. Would definitely recommend.

Great app and easy to use! Stuart was so helpful in cleaning up the look of Cross-Sell and customizing it to my theme (Venture). I think it will really help customers find other products they might like easily and efficiently. Definitely worth the $7/month!
