Cross Sell is simple to use -- you'll be up-and-running in minutes. Just download the app and their team of developers will even take care of installation for you! The interface is plug-and-play and very intuitive. The developer was also extremely responsive via email and listened to a couple product features that they're putting on their future roadmap. Five stars for Cross-Sell!

First of all Cross Sell has Amazing support! Most apps to related products are pricey around $25 - 30, some of these apps show related product information based on set parameters, some of which you can or cannot change. But with Cross sell, you can manually add your related products, create a more logical order, especially if you know product x sells best with product y & may be product z. I was a little skeptical with the app, especially since am a little lazy with manual tasks, but after seeing the app in action this is a must try.

Quickly replied to a concern our shop was having. Someone from the company saw that we were having a difficult time integrating the app with Shopify and contacted us early in the morning to offer help.

Edit Feb 2019, partly due to me along with the designer, cross sell suffered as a result. Despite this issue being caused by ourselves, Josh was eager and quick to oblige, no hesitation the app was put right and put to work again. Good job as without cross sell our takings would drop. Thanks very much again team Since the upgrade I will be able to place my cross sells in to a carousal which will tidy my product pages up immensely, not to mention how I can place up sells in to the cart - such a boom The guys went out of their way to fix some code too, as the new theme had impacted on the previous version of cross sell Leaving me with no doubt that I have done the right thing to upgrade and carry on with cross sell

Extremely happy with the custom Cross-Sell implementation they did for us. Great product and excellent customer service, I highly recommend you use them.

Their team is super responsive. We requested an installation on Saturday morning and it was installed by Saturday morning! The app is easy to use and works perfectly as advertised. The linked product functionality is a huge time saver. I'm looking forward to the reporting functionality when it becomes available.

Wow. What a great experience. The app has been easy to implement and the best part was the team's ability to assist remotely across multiple time zones. All app companies should be this attentive.

Takes a bit of time to set all the cross sells up, since its all manual - And seems to have a bug, where it doesn't show the changes i made... They can win 1 star here! *Update: The amazing the customer service has customized it for me so it is looking great! AND the cart adapts the Cross-Sells for whatever is in the cart (Really smart!) - My fault, they definitely deserve 5 big STARS :D

Love this app, I had it installed for quite a while but never really knew how to use it, finally I uninstalled it and technical support reached out to me. I explained that I didn't think it was a good fit for my store (mainly because I couldn't figure it out, when actually it is very simple to use) Their support was fantastic. I highly recommend this app and if you need help with it, just ask and they'll get you all set up. Thanks for a great app and fantastic customer service.

Amazing customer service!! Thank you all so much for quickly taking the time to fix my issue of wanting to automatically cross-sell products by letting me use the beta reciprocal feature. I just added 3 new products to a collection and instead of having to open all 15 products I was able to add the 3 products and only once have to choose the other products. Once I hit the reciprocal feature they all updated like magic. A HUGE timesaver to say the least. Thanks Again!!~~KathyMac
