Takes a bit of time to set all the cross sells up, since its all manual - And seems to have a bug, where it doesn't show the changes i made... They can win 1 star here! *Update: The amazing the customer service has customized it for me so it is looking great! AND the cart adapts the Cross-Sells for whatever is in the cart (Really smart!) - My fault, they definitely deserve 5 big STARS :D

Love this app, I had it installed for quite a while but never really knew how to use it, finally I uninstalled it and technical support reached out to me. I explained that I didn't think it was a good fit for my store (mainly because I couldn't figure it out, when actually it is very simple to use) Their support was fantastic. I highly recommend this app and if you need help with it, just ask and they'll get you all set up. Thanks for a great app and fantastic customer service.

Amazing customer service!! Thank you all so much for quickly taking the time to fix my issue of wanting to automatically cross-sell products by letting me use the beta reciprocal feature. I just added 3 new products to a collection and instead of having to open all 15 products I was able to add the 3 products and only once have to choose the other products. Once I hit the reciprocal feature they all updated like magic. A HUGE timesaver to say the least. Thanks Again!!~~KathyMac

The Cross-Sell app seems to be exactly what we are looking for. The customer support has been fantastic, and they helped us install the code quickly. The dashboard and interface are extremely easy to use. We are looking forward to seeing how much our conversion rate improves.

Awesome app, they customized it to match our site exactly, and for Free. I highly recommend getting this and installing it before they realize how much more they can charge for this.

Very responsive and extremely quick responses from developer - I was quickly contacted and offered a free set up of the product for my store and given options of how I wanted to have it customized, again at no extra cost. I would recommend this developer and the product - great service and incredibly useful product, very happy customer! Thank you for such an easy app integration experience!

Very pleased...hand-selecting all of my cross-sell items took some time because I have so many products in my shop and really wanted to be specific, but it's well worth it because the app works great, the products look great, the staff answered my questions in record time (and made custom adjustments on a weekend), and now it's working. Stellar. UPDATE: I needed some custom work done once I updated to v2 and I'm so glad that I did! It was a great app before, but the new features support my business in important ways and their willingness to help me customize some features to my site was a huge bonus. Great people!

Great app and even better support! This is such an important function to include on your site. It is very intuitive to use. Choosing great related products is a great service to your customers and will result in greater sales for you. The implementation of this app was very easy. I wanted to implement our hand-picked related products for certain items but still have my theme's built-in related products function for other items. Cross-Sells responded within minutes of my email request and had the customization completed before I got back to my desk! They even suggested and made a couple tweaks to improve the layout. Highly recommend!
