I am quite satisfied with the effectivity and performance of the App. Their support team is very helpful. Even in trial period I got many cross sells. I will keep the App permantly and recommend it to others

The Cross Sell app has been SO beneficial to my store, making it easy for customers to find coordinating products for the item they're purchasing. Carol and her developers were so gracious to work with me on a specific request regarding cross sells and quick views. Outstanding, quick and professional support. I had a slight problem with the settings, and something went wrong with the theme, and Carol from the support team helped me in no time. She escalated it to the technical team, and they made it work. The app itself is pretty good started to generate more conversions since day one.

I have gone thru many apps that say they are cross sell, this app was the only one that was a true cross sell app, A to BCD, and B to ACD, all with the click of 1 button. Our team had an incredible experience with Carol and her developers solving a few issues we faced while setting up the app. The last of our issues were resolved and we had seen conversions come through already! Carol and her team are incredibly responsive and work diligently to resolve problems - we are truly thankful we got this lucky with their support. An added bonus is that the app has an incredibly simple UX and setup process, while Carol is happy to setup a demo to walk you through things. Thank you for everything!!

Does what it says on the tin! Can easily see sales attributed to its features, making it much easier to justify the cost. Excellent support too.

Cross sell team are very helpful, although sometimes the time difference make the response slightly delay but otherwise very responsive. Apps are not the easiest to use, but it deliver the purpose that our store is looking for. The selling conversion is also higher than expected. Recommended.
