Fantastic product and outstanding customer service/support. Stuart was able to customise the Cross-Sell app to suit the specific needs of our store, and was very helpful in doing so. Within the hour he had installed the app, made customisations and was more than happy to make any further changes if necessary. Definitely recommend Cross-Sell for not only the customisation and features, but because the service is exceptional! Thanks again Stuart!

Installed when i was having a large surge of new customers. Worked amazingly. Only thing that'd make it better is for it to be free!

This is a great app and did exactly what we were wanting to do in terms of group particular items. In addition to the app the service that was provided by Stuart was nothing short of amazing. We needed just a little bit of help and he was quick to help - not something you always find in the App Store. Stuart keep up the good work and if your a store owner I recommend without hesitation.

This is one of the cleanest, easiest apps we have used. We have a store with over 10,000 products, and we needed a quick way to manually choose which products we wanted displayed as cross sells on every one of our products. Fortunately, they had just released a beta trial of a feature allowing you to select a bunch of products and link them so that all those selected products become cross-sells for each other. HUGE time saver for us. On top of that, they have incredible customer service. They are more than willing to jump in to your store and tweak their app however you might need, and help come up with solutions that might make the app work for your particular needs. Highly recommend!

LOVE this app, and their customer service even more! The team is super responsive and goes above and beyond to answer my questions. The app is user-friendly and to use and makes it easy to link products of similar color or style.

The best cross sell app I used the last couple of years. I've had it with automated cross sell suggestions that don't make sense at all. The app was up & running in the look and feel of our site within 24h. Thanks for the great support!

Cross-Sell is really easy to use and looks good on the product page and in the cart. So far my first three sales have all added a product that's been suggested by cross-sell, so it definitely works! Also the response from customer service was fast and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Just installed last week and so far so good! We're using it for our related items "you may also like" feature. We wanted something that would automatically show alternate products if one was removed from the site or if none were set up. Looking forward to using the other features this platform has to offer.

App works great - but the majority of this review is about the fantastic customer service we received. We were interested in a feature that we couldn't quite implement ourselves, and Stuart quickly worked with us to set things up. Works just as we need it to now!

Very happy with this app. It's easy to use, the design was customized to intergrate seamlessly with our own, and the team is extremely responsive and took complete control over the setup (which was a relief!)

Awesome app! Love the "link-together" feature, it allows me to group collections and have reciprocal cross-sells. Awesome time-saver and still allows me to have custom relevant buying suggestions for my customers. The customer service has been spot on - very responsive! www.thecrookedwood.com

This is an outstanding app and the customer service is superb. I inquired about some features I was looking for and they took care of me right away by customizing to my needs at no additional cost. If you're looking to increase sales this is a must have app!

We’ve been really impressed with Cross-Sell. It’s an essential part of the design and functionality of our online store. It’s very easy to use and is a great way for us to keep showing our visitors new or related products, and this keeps our site lively! Steve’s service and support is excellent. Highly recommended.
